Naw, definitely called you/talked to you after I left. I was too tired to recognize when 48 turned into a down town city street all of a sudden.
Also, Guilty Gear is still better than brazbrue. I mean I’m hype for it too since people 'round here will play it, but it’s been scientifically proven by science. Just look it up.
Tiggy, not saying gier is the best, but the practicality of being able to hit people while your character can’t move is just too obvious. Also, gier isn’t nearly as versatile as Carl’s puppet or little Eddie, so I guess it’s a bad example. Lieselotte was good in first Arcana though. I don’t know how she is now.
Having said that, really most of the cast in BB is broken in some way or another. Maybe not Noel. It’s just how Arc SW likes to design their games, and I think it makes them really fun.

Thanks for the tips, Matt. I’ve just been gradually working my way up with that matchup. just gotta stop getting raped in the corner and then it seems winnable. I usually tick throw the hell out of people, don’t know why I wasn’t doing it this weekend. I’ve got to work harder on sticking right up in people’s faces, though. I always get counter-poked and then just fall back and stay safe. it’s definitely the wrong way to go about playing HOS, but I just like keeping my life.

I’ve seen some suspect Noel stuff though Matt…her 22B loop I think is a bit ridiculous, and works on everyone, just timing issues…but that means there’s more junk coming down the line. I think she’s probably balanced well, and doesn’t really have any horrible matchups…which makes her good like Baiken is good in GG…
…though I know Baiken Pot is horribly in Pot’s favor…seems we’re both prone to using bad examples today…
Anyway…I’m back in town now. Up for gaming sometime, except Friday sadly…I got too much going on, and will on Friday’s till after May…
Liese is C tier in 2, which is as low as the tiers go. And Gier is one of the best due to unblockable BS and refills the Homing Guage quickly. Japan still uses it more than anything else.

I mean it’s a young game. It’s got cool stuff, but it needs time to mature and develop before it can rival Guilty Gear. It’s just not nearly as complex yet.
I hate Guilty Gear X, but the changes just from X to XX were enough to make it into a great game.
