Eric, all I can say is less rock it and more rush down. Gotta stay up in Testament’s grill and make him either too much in block stun or too far away to throw you or be in throw range and do 6k or 2h. When this happens, my only option is exe beast, and then you either run back in so you’re too close for it to hit or you iad back in so it whiffs and you get free damage. If I try to FD to push you back, throw time. Actually, tick throws in general are good. Oh yeah, I guess I also have nightmare circular, but that usually just trades. Still watch out for that if I have tension and you’re rushing me down. Order Sol pretty much loses to Testament at any other range besides right next to him. It’s not fair, and it takes FRCs, but it must be done. I think.

Haven’t had time to make it out to a lot of the places you guys have been playing at, but I have been trying to keep up with the Dayton thread so I’ll know what’s up in general.
Aside from the games listed above I’ll play anything if someone needs a little competition. Willing to learn anything.

Dio makes Carl look so dangerous. The GG players and I talked about that right before they left, how Carl is like C-Tier but when he starts up the appropriate combo he’s S+ or something. It probably takes crazy execution to pull those off though.
He’s probably going to go up in tiers a lot once people start learning from DIO.
I’m glad to hear they won!!! But I remember hearing somewhere that they did away with whatever format they used last year that caused the controversy with Zinac. Oh well, I HOPE Sean gets to go so he can play Sugoi! Arcana Heart 2 for me in arcades while in Japan 
Oh yeah, got a ticket for doing 41 in a 25 on main street coming home from Adam’s. Forgot to mention that. Also, apparently there’s been a string of break-ins around that area and he was suspicious of why I had a TV in the back of my car. Good thing I’m not black or I probably would have been in bracelets.
Carl will move up in tiers. It takes time to figure out combos involving two basically separate characters in one, also to learn how to exploit an entirely new system (throws don’t prorate,) but I think now he’s going to move up. Any time you have a character that’s actually 2 characters, they’ll eventually end up broken in some respect. Just look at Eddie, or the fact that so many people in Arcana Heart use shadow Arcana. Probably just took this long for Carl because the puppets moves take so long that it’s hard to learn how to time combos properly.
Easy fix? In the next version, just add directional throw teching or something.
v-13 is SS++ tier IMO, hits everywhere multiple times, but DIO doesn’t care. Neither do I. I’ma gonna pick my favs, learn them, and have fun. Tiers are for queers.
People pick Gier in Arcana cause they’re too afraid to be different, because being different in that game requires a fuck ton of work :looney:
