geon are you talkin about jigs? I’m not that good at chess, so playing a chess master doesn’t sound like much fun. Also, I don’t know how often I’ll get to go up to dayton since you guys always have your get togethers on the weekends and I only get tuesday and wednesday off work. I was thinking about going up there on tuesday to play a friend of mine offline and shit. Maybe some other people can play too. He only plays SF4 and SC4 though.
-I’m missing a power supply box for my TV, so check your belongings, it might have gotten mixed in. It consists of 2 cords, one that fits into the box itself.
-I’m also missing a lot of USB ports for my 360 controllers, the fucking HRAP EX can’t seem to hang on to them. I’ve got 1, out of 3 controllers so far, so if you have any USB’s lying around I’d gladly take them.
I picked up a usb and gave it to Jordyn on our way out of the building, but I’m pretty sure that one was his… If anything’s still at WSU, could have someone check the room or the lost and found. Hopefully the Janitorial staff would realize that it belonged to us since they knew we were the last ones there.
lol at Sean. He is getting there slowly… last year he thought it was immoral to edgeguard. Also, how is BlazBlue established already? its not even on console and nobody plays it on arcade around here. Didn’t stop people from playing SF4.
Also, thanks to everyone who came out last night. I hope you guys had fun. Sorry about thee not being any chairs to sit on. I probably wouldn’t have had enough room for everyone if I had furniture. Next time bring a cushion or lawn chair!
Next time I plan a get together I’ll try to make Otter have the next day off so I won’t have to kick you out at 4 in the morning. plus, I could start things off sooner.
The next time I plan something COME HUNGRY! I take care of my guests and I don’t mind cooking dinner. It’s my way of showing my appreciation and saying thanks for coming out.
If you guys have any ideas about what you would like for dinner at the next get together just message me/ leave me a comment. I know I should be hearing from Adam sooner or later. He mentioned something about a chicken dish for the next get together.
Sorry for dragging this out. I might plan on having get togethers every weekend. I know you guys get kicked out of Wright State early. That’s no fun. I’ll have to talk to Lee and see how it goes.

I guess it’s not technically established, but it’s getting a lot of buzz around here. probably close to 100% of the Guilty Gear community, which is already established is guaranteed to pick this game up because they share a lot of similarities, but what really surprises me is that people that don’t even play GG are getting into it. The only reason nobody plays it on arcade around here is because nobody around here gots it. I think the closest place is Tennessee. I would go that far if I had the time and resources to justify it, but no.
I frequent dustloop.com, which is a Guilty Gear forum, and which also happens to be the online home for BB players currently. If you look at the new faces that the BB sub-forums have brought in apart from the people that already play GG, it’s really kind of encouraging.

when he said “established” I thought he meant like the tiers and meta-game is already set in stone like Marvel or someting. Thats far from true, at least to us. I understand BB is gonna be huge and im excited.
Oh, I didn’t think he said that about blazblue, yeah it’s not really established in that way yet. Japanese have already figured out a lot of what the characters are capable of, and I don’t really see character ranking being flipped on its ear unless some new useful/exploitable bug/mechanic is discovered at some point, but America is different from Japan, and nothing is set in stone yet like you said. Guess we’ll see. Oh yeah, and since Hakumen and V were added later, will probably take them a while longer to settle in the tiers.
