After playing this game some more I really wanna know what keeps Genjuro from being high tier…his wakeup game is very good, he has at least the same as cr. a trap as Big, and his Dps are great…

yeah he was causing probs with his corner game early on but his isnt as good as geeses when you get used to it, ppl started breaking free and genj suffers in close being slow and lacks long range options as well.

Ahh makes since…bc the main thing I saw playing with him was long range links…no real way to do long range links into supers ala BIG etc…
If Genjuro was anything like his SvC self, then maybe he’d be a lil better. But then again…his SvC self was nothing like how he plays in SamSho. X3
Yeah Geeses’ corner game is stronger all bc it is based off the RB2 Kara options plus his Big ass 50% plus (and less) corner combos of doom.

If you all want to do a nice guard crush blockstring and know your opponent isn’t going to do any tech rolling, try:
downback B, hesitate, downback B x2, down A, stand far B, stand far C.
If you land the downback B x2, you can go into QCFx2+C which is going to rape some cats. Otherwise, you get like 35% guard damage off with this.
Yo, how do you guys do that uhh, move cancelling stuff? like w/Geese. Close C then cancels into another close.C? I know it burns meter but what’s the input? And it’s w/everyone I’m assuming?
All that is is rolling after you connect with C/D(Geese) or any button, it will flash blue then do other things …takes a super and I do it all the time depending to set up good shit and apply pressure…
