I like the stage themes more than the character themes, especially the china stage and the US city stage. Sad that the character themes don’t stack up.
There’s a credits theme in the latest beta… uses same notes as the 2nd main menu theme but slowed down.

The credits theme is amazing! I love how SF5 OST is partially going down the raw guitar way compared to overproduced techno crap from SF4

Birdie: Love his alpha 1/2 theme, this is a decent remix.
Cammy: Worse than her SF4 theme IMO, not feeling it.
Chun-Li: Better than in SF4, but too chill for my taste. I love her theme when it’s fast and energetic like in VS games.
Dhalsim: Horrible remix, hate this.
FANG: From the little I have heard of it, seems really good. Gets me hyped.
Karin: Boring elevator music, I barely even remember it.
Ken: Much better than in SF4. It’s pretty cool.
Laura: WTF is this lol? Most annoying theme for sure.
M. Bison: I hate this remix, they really ruined his epic theme.
Nash: Decent remix I guess, not a fan of the original so it’s whatever.
Necalli: Nothing spectacular, but at least it’s memorable.
R. Mika: This is one of the better ones, has nice energy and feel.
Rashid: First I didn’t like it, but then I heard the chant… Now I love it! Lol
Ryu: Not feeling this version. SF4 has better music for him.
Vega: Well, it’s Vega’s theme… Never been a fan.
Zangief: This is easily the BEST music Zangief has EVER had. Love the epicness.
The character themes that stood out to me as particularly good tracks were Ken’s, Necalli’s, Rashid’s and Vega’s. I didn’t hate any of them. I do wish Chun’s theme mixed some rock with its oriental sound, like Litchi’s original theme.

Goddammit, Capcom. Look, I like where you’re going with Street Fighter V’s music, it’s a nice switch from overly produced wanna-be cool techno crap, and even EDM tracks that are present in the game (Underground Arena and Bison’s theme) are already better than what SF4 has offered
But, my god, I sure hope you’re preparing additional music/Tekken Tunes feature for us. If not, they you gotta remix some of the cool stuff left behind from previous games:

Chun-Li’s EX series theme is GOD-LIKE! There are many good, no great themes in the Ex series, but her theme is just perfect!

I second this by saying that the EX series had some very cool music. Honestly, I wish that EX wasn’t treated like the red-headed step child of the Street Fighter series, and that maybe one day we’ll see some content from that series make a comeback.

the synthesizers in ryu’s ex3 theme in the second half is so fucking amazing. The glide, the detuning the pattern/layer/comp/clip yeesh.
The music in the new CG trailer is some of the best original music this series could muster this century. It’s fucking awesome!
That’s just the menu music lol. Just wait until it’s in its full glory with Survivor!
