I would disagree! Both of the UM games are fantastic, and I would put them over the original 98 and 2k2 any day of the week. Hell, I’d put them over any other KOF games, especially 98UM. XII would have been great if it hadn’t clearly been half finished. I was digging the game engine, but the character selection and half-complete movesets not so much.

Yeah, GGs Hado. I’m trying to play on PSN a bit more so I can catch some games against people other than my regular opponents, but it doesn’t seem like anyone’s on there too regularly 
Anyways, I updated the MI Ranbats thread with the dates for the last two tournaments before Michigan Masters 2, so make sure you all check that out and be there! There’s not much more time to build up those ranking points before the big finale

Daaaayum, Ibuki and Makoto are lookin’ BEASTLY. Especially Ibuki. Just about all her strings, she can SJC back into a TK air kunia, or Ultra. She’s looking like another Viper. Like I’ve been saying about Makoto, she can cancel into Taden Riki, then link into Ultra. Loving her new Axe Kick too, which she can TK and doesn’t knock down, so it acts as an instant overhead that she can combo off of. Her dashes and pokes are even faster now. Shame that her Hayate leaves her out of Karakusa range, tho.

Dudley looks like the best out of the three, he just looks fucking insane overall…
For reals? He’s the only one without a decent Ultra setup.
Without a decent one? He’s got like 4 ways to get into it, I look at it like Balrog’s, it might not do amazing damage off of a few of the setups, but guess what, it’s a setup. And I’m sure he’s going to have quite a few more once we mess around with him.
