You might have to switch weapons man. I can’t… no I REFUSE to use SnS against blos. They are highly irritating to me and must die quickly.
Yah, I’m just being stubborn, I want to beat them with SnS. I am loaded up when I go out with EVERYTHING and still can’t do it lol. Gonna see if there’s any other SnS with better stats I can upgrade to before giving up.
What are you running with right now? How often do you get hit? You could go about using adrenaline+2
I’m using a Kirin Bolt Indora and I’m on the Felyne Elder urgent that is Dual Blos.
I have to start getting back into the groove of it, but my PS3 is being taken up by the likes of FFXIII and GoW3.
Run with Ice Fang or a high raw power SnS. Diablos are weak against ice element. What armor are you using?
I tried it again last night before I went to bed and managed to beat it!
I switched to a Hi Frost Edge and just spammed flash bombs on White Monoblos and Sonic Bombs on regular Monoblos. I was pretty skeptical going in because I though the Blos’ were weak to Thunder element. I thought losing that 200 thunder from the Kirin Bolt would cause me to do less damage, but I guess not?
Anyways, maybe I just played WAY better than all the other times I tried it lol. It certainly felt that way.

I cleared all the village quests for the second time last night with my second character.
Checked my hours logged in this crack addicting game and saw this:
My first character is at ~ 750 hours. (mainly bow)
My second character is at ~150 hours. (strictly h.bowgun)

Aye I have a small problem and I think you might know what it is. I have cleared all of my guild hall missions but one in HR6. I have killed both Fatalis too but I still have a red clear next to that HR. Do you know what I am missing?
Is there an actual LE of Tri coming out? When I preordered, they asked if I wanted the regular version, or the one that comes with the new controller. No mention of an LE.
Both Fatalis? Shouldn’t you mean all 3 Fatalis? There’s a White Fatalis in HR6, you’re probably missing that one.
As for an LE edition of Tri, there isn’t one for the states. I assume there won’t be one otherwise it probably would’ve been announce already, conidering how close we are to release date.

Or just use GS. Once you learn to use GS everything becomes easier and faster lol. Short of 4 people trapping + dual swords.

How is everyone enjoying Tri now that it’s out? I have yet to pick mine up. Waiting a couple more weeks until finals are over.
I’m enjoying it a lot. Haven’t messed with online yet, probably going to after I finish single player to get used to most of the new monsters.
