Told my friend DC looked too thick around the middle and stipe would likely go to the body during round 1. It took until round 4, but what I thought would happen, happened. DC looked like he didnt bother cutting enough weight and getting in great shape. Congrats to Stipe on getting his title back.

DC actually came in lighter than he did for their first fight and 15lbs lighter than his last fight. His shape wasnāt the issue. Foolishly walking in on Stipe with his hands down and playing patty cake was. I still for the life of me donāt understand what the fuck he was thinking.

I remember Bob Cook telling DC to keep his hands up and to move in and out during the second round. Homie didnāt listen and stick with the gameplan and paid the ultimate price.

Maybe itās a way to rehab injuries that he took a liking to or something. If I recall correctly, Diamond Dallas Page started DDP Yoga for similar reasons.
