From what I heard on The Luke Thomas Show on the way home from work, it is actually more than that. Mike Bohn of USA Today said the state law triples the settlement amount in the case of consumer fraud. So, he’d get 81 million…if they actually have the money. My guess is they are going to file bankruptcy.
