No they fucking don’t, and that’s a hundred times worse to say in regards to the fallout related to it. Guess what he did? Continued to commentate. Now imagine what an actual good commentator can say before he gets a slap on the wrist?
I think RockB (from nantucket) has it right - Dana probably high-fived him after he wrote that shit. Whether it’s good for the sport or not, the only people that seem to be pursuing the issue is the ones that are already involved with the sport, and are butthurt. If they are worried about the effect it will have, then let it die without trying vehemently to blow it up so it actually goes from banter on a forum (news at 11!) to becoming headlines, and actual reputable, widely-viewed websites pick up on it.

I’ve been looking at the odds for Roop vs Grispi, and I think Roop is a good bet at +350. I don’t think Roop is as bad as his record, considering how often he was a late replacement or dropped down in weightclass. His last fight was against a teammate, a teammate which has fought (and lost) to Grispi - so I think they could have a quality gameplan against him. Roop also has a 2 inch height advantage, though their reach is reportedly both at 74"
Also, Grispi is coming in off a 6 month hiatus because of some sort of jaw injury - though Roop was out for nearly the same amount of time with no explanation…
