We can bash Brock’s standup all day and it’ll be fine, but to think that his ground game is “bad” is crazy. I didn’t know controlling 4/5 opponents, 1 who is a blackelt and 2 that are hard to control, was considered bad.
How many fighters can take a punch? Cain has amazing accuracy so once he finds his target, he’ll find it again and again. Believe it or not, Brock took solid shots from Mir, Couture, and Carwin. He did fine against all of them. Cain just excels and not giving someone room to breathe. Everyone would get handled the same way he did, and don’t forget Cain got hit by Kongo and almost went out to.
Normal people stumble when they get hit. The people who don’t are freaks of nature who pay for it later. I’m talking to you Nog. You too Liddell. And you Mark Hunt.
By the way, watch Brocks striking at the beginning. His footwork is good! He pops a decent jab and spaces like Dudley for the first 30 seconds. He moves his entire body back faster than I’ve seen anyone in his size do. It wasn’t until he took the initial flurry where he went from jabbing to bear slashing. That’s a cardio issue, not a boxing one.
If this performance was put in by anyone other than Lesnar it would just be a decent fighter losing to a great fighter. Ya’ll have twisted into a sucky fighter losing.

yeah, but by the team he was on his back he was already well on his way to being TKO’d and even then he still managed to get up before getting knocked down (and eventually out).
it has nothing to do with lesnar. his striking is shit and he’s scared to get hit. yes it did look abit better than before…but its still shit. And it doesn’t matter how good you are at striking if your afraid to get punched in the face. That’s like a swimmer that’s alergic to water. shits just not going to work.
Tanner is on crack or just straight hating, majority of UFC fighters have shit striking. Like it was already said, Lesner is very much a baby in this sport, he’ll make mistakes, not Kimbo stupid but mistakes nonetheless, credit to him for holding the title this long.

Well, the inaugural round of the SRKMMAFL is finished. Congrats to returning champion Black Jesus for winning (factor out the 3 point bonus returners got) this event with 25 points. I came in second with 24 Points. Songo and Rampage tied with 23 points.
