Ah, ok. The report I read was that it was a 3 fight contract. I’ll see if I can find it, but I’m happy to believe that the info you have by way of MMAJ is accurate. I just figured if one of those three that I read about was Santos, that leaves him with two.
But I have to say - shit man, I don’t even hate on Frank Mir as often as you try to shit on Diaz. I think you need to take back the title you gave me
Anyone know the back story to this yet? I hope it’s that he has decided to drop to 170 to fight Diaz, but I would think he wouldn’t drop out of a fight this early, considering that Diaz is supposed to be fighting Daley next according to everyone on the internetz.
Re: Nick Diaz - like I said I can only say that he’s IMO a great fighter, not that he’s anything close to stable mentally.
Naw I don’t train there. For years it was a “fighter’s only” kind of gym. I train at Ivan Salaverry’s gym in Seattle. AMC is Kirkland, about 20 min away from me.
i have adhd trust me i can recognize someone with it. he does have it, he probably just never was taught how to deal with it. someone who doesnt know how to handle it is much like a retarded person
I’m by no means a great striker, but I would imagine that a right body kick would be more effective, as their left hand should be at their chin (in a perfect world) which is a small movement to block a RHK.
Then why won’t he jump over? Unless he doesn’t want to get teabagged by GSP. I haven’t seen a Mayhem fight in forever. I have seen a lot of bully beatdown’s though.
He could fight somewhere. Local shows or something. I met a guy in thailand that was 39 and fighting. He wasn’t any good, but he was still getting in there once a month. But yeah…getting beat on when your 40 probably isn’t the best idea for anyone.
