Brock needs to learn to take a punch. I am going use the brock defense when I training again. Roll around and hope to survive.

you can’t train a chin. from the way he was stumbling around, no amount of training would’ve helped him at that point other than avoiding the punch altogether.
i think people are saying the fight was stopped a little early bcuz they have brock/carwin in the back of their mind, where brock looked pretty SoL…that said, against carwin, even though brock was turtling, he was going for carwin’s legs and attempting to defend himself…he wasn’t doing that against cain, he was just sitting there curled up getting fucked up, i mean cain wasn’t even really holding him down or anything, just standing above him teeing off.
How is that even possible? Cain couldn’t have had a better fight!

Brock has to change his training camp up & his attitude has to change. I mean for gods sake, he brings a whole bunch of heavyweight guys to the middle of nowhere(and he has to “like” the guys, or they’re not training with him) and expects to do wonders. If you watched the countdown, you got this sense that his ego and past victores were getting to him. He beat Mir, Carwin, and Randy and assumed that what worked for him in the past would work for him again.
Also, am I the only one that things Patrick Cote is pretty much done now?

If anybody didn’t expect this from lesner u don’t know anything about combat sports. I should have bet on the fight but I predicted it.
Anways last night was just continuation of carwin lesner. Brock CANT take a punch. Hell he can’t even take a graze of a punch lol I don’t think carwin or Cain hit him flush on the nose. JDS vs Cain would be epic
I heard that Ortiz was getting cut if he lost that fight?
If he can’t take a punch, how did he stay conscious during the beatings that both Carwin and Velasquez gave him?
If you were to say he doesn’t like to get hit, or doesn’t know what to do once he gets hit, it’s one thing. However, if there’s one thing Brock can do , win or lose, it’s get hit and take it like a champ.

im sorry what nonsense are you speaking? tito def still sells…this just wasnt really a hyped fight. his last fight was with forest…main event…hyped fight…before that machida. gtfo with that tito dont sell anymore…he has big name recognition. its not like he’s jens pulver getting knocked out left n right. tito hasnt been finished since 2006.
he’s obviously going to be cut but dont think its because he doesnt sell. that forest fight coulda gone either way honestly.
0-4-1 in his last 5 fights. Has not won a fight since 2006. Nobody would get the kind of preferential treatment that he has already received. Just to put that into perspective, that is a worse record in recent years than Chuck Liddell.
IMO, he needs to go to the minors to see if he can still compete at all in MMA. I think even the Strikeforce LHWs would have their way with him.
