Ciel is a very very interesting character…technical…And you know me Chibi…I dig the more technical they are…means you can’t master that character overnight…

If you want technical and complex I advise you to try Akiha or Aoko.
Aoko in particular will make every other ‘complex’ character you’ve ever played look like a walk in the park.

But maybe then again looking at all my data early on lack of a mixup could be why Ciel is C Class.

Hrmmmmmm, hardly see the wall stuff being used. Doesn’t seem to be useful for anything since it’s got horrible startup, and the moves you can do after it come out way too slow, so they’re hella avoidable cuz they also don’t cover much space.
Sorry though, probably can’t answer your question in depth but I’ll take a shot at it until someone else here can give you a better answer.
Most of her mixup to me though seems like basic stuff, like: whiff cancel into throw, bait moves to punish, CH with j.A/B/C, whiff 2CC into 236B© for an overhead that can be followed, lockdown by j.B and crossing up with it…That’s what I’ve seen.

Hey I’m actually gonna visit Dustloop…all the info I can get on this game I want it…so yes that means every FAQ out there I am painstakingly reading and when I read everything and try it then I am gonna start watching vids…
