Predictable outcome tbh, Rush Hour sadly died a death after the second movie and the trailer for the TV show looked like dookie.

The fight scenes are below par for the genre, the characters have zero chemistry, and the jokes are incredibly forced. There is absolutely nothing good about this show.
From what I know, the pilot had a different choreographer from the rest of the season and the fights get better later on. Unfortunately I don’t think I could sit through this to find out.

Yea took my younger brother to see Kung Fu Hustle in theaters, we where the only ones who laughed lol. We fuckin loved it tho. We both own the DVDs. All bout dat Lions Roar.
I got Sammo’s The bodyguard & Judge Archer yes that fucking movie that i been searching for for years. Going to watch this week!
Well Judge Archer was artsy like The Master. Still look quite nice & had good tone to it. Almost like those old spaghetti western/samurai flicks. Its a movie you probably have to see at least twice to understand what the fuck is going on at times. It does a good job in luring you to watch again but the characters aren’t exactly engaging enough to do another watch through. They are not developed and they show least amount of emotions which is probably intended as he did this with The Master.
The fights has the no thrills or fills to it, yet they look unique & awesome. Going to check out Xu Haofeng first film Sword Identity next & then try to finish Grandmaster.

- Donnie Yen’s apparently still filming XXX up here in Toronto. He’s got a film showing event on Saturday. I’ll bring my Iron Monkey VCD, to it, and yell "Wong Fei Haung! " when I see him.
That would be cool if you can meet him. BTW Donnie Yen did not play Wong Fei Hung in Iron Monkey, he was actually playing the dad.
