Enter the Dragon is most definitely the most iconic. After hearing that Bruce wanted Jim Kelly as his partner over John Saxon really was something I wish I wouldn’t have heard because that would have made the movie sooooo much more dope than it already is.
I agree. Enter the Dragon would have been much more awesome if Jim Kelly was his partner. Jim Kelly also had a lot of charisma and add that to Bruce Lee’s charisma, the movie would have been totally epic.
so in subtle depressing racism. was rocking one of my bruce lee shirts today working at the gap. customer came in saying she could never get into the movies. i told her i loved them and grew up on them. she said something about romantic comedies and i told her i watch the old ones from the 80s. since those were more gender neutral. she recommends me one and then said ill go check out jacky chan movies…“thats whos on the shirt right? jackie chan”…sigh…close enough.
Pretty sure since I made the thread that I will be the judge of that thank you very fucking much. I love Bruce as much as anyone that is into martial arts but unless it is specifically about his movies and acting it should go somewhere else. Really it should go in the mma thread so these wack ass ufc niggas can learn how to throw a fucking punch…
How Marco Polo appeared on the scene with zero hype is a god damn mystery, easily the best show of 2014. Netflix need to start marketing or some shit, though it wasnt very MA heavy.
Not a lot of MA, they took one of the generals from mongolian history ‘Hundred Eyes’ and turned him into a Shaolin monk teacher for Marco, needless to say he fucks niggas up as you would expect. The rest is brawling, wrestling and people getting fucked up with weapons. The show is however, totally unmissable man.
