Yeah, just so we’re clear, my record was like 0-19, but slowly and surely, I’ve gotten closer and closer… last time we played, I totally beat that scrubby Ken and now his pride is hurt… it’s like when Ryo was training and his dad beat him up all the time and then Ryo saw Lan Di kill his dad and he realized that he was nothing. So then he trained and trained until he overcame Lan Di… you sir… are about to experience a whole lot of Ryo Hazuki / Cammy beat down sir! (Just let me learn how to use this damn stick first…)

Imagine Warcraft 3 where you have a persistent hero that can collect items and level up as you choose with Tons of different races and classes to pick from.
It is VERY GOOD.
Netstorm is even better though.

So this thread inspired me to go play some old games this weekend, couple thoughts;
Flashback was really cool, and still looks good to this day.
Golden Axe and Altered Beast were horrible. I’d forgotten how much I hated those games. Even for the time the gameplay was crap. “Wise fwom Yo Gwave” is still funny, though, LOL.
