But honestly though while I appreciate and can distinguish satire from real intentions pretty well, you obviously fooled a bunch of people. Now needless to say this is a free country and you don’t OWE us anything, but it would be cool of you to give a straight forward opinion on your experiences here just to clear up this mess.

Woo top 8 in my first tekken Tourney lol. Glad i placed that high and glad i got to fight Mike and marcus in the tourney. I dont think i’m a tekken scrub anymore haha. The tourney was fun as all nashville tourneys tend to be. GG’s to everyone i played in whatever game. And I think Happy medicine’s a cool guy sonce he plays DOA and i got to play him in some games. And Milln you’re such an asshole for doing that to me in the Kang tourney. That neo Max bait was just dirty so we’ll have to run it back some day lol.
And I’m down for fight night on wednesday.

I just wanted to touch down on the whole Jakob thing for a bit. First of all, you guys really have to understand Jakob’s thought process and how he is as a person. He has this ‘‘socially awkward’’ appeal to him and he doesn’t really know how to talk to certain people or explain certain things. You can get that just from talking to him in person. He’s a good guy with a good heart and we talked about things for awhile. I was pretty much with him the entire weekend as we stayed at the same places. And I talk to him pretty regularly on the interwebs. Not trying to defend anything he said or did, because I can see where people would mistake his comments as offensive. He’s just a very blunt person and doesn’t know how to control his thoughts when they come through his mouth.
I played him at least 100 games over the weekend and he didn’t mind at all. I know he played Zeth at least 100 games as well and he was more than willing to help us with the game. He’s very skilled and can beat the toughest players from all around the world, so of course he’s going to have high confidence when coming to a tournament. I don’t think he meant to be disrespectful, or he wouldn’t have uploaded the video. He told me that he respects the scene in TN and he was jealous of you guys. But the main thing he touched base with was that he thought most of the players here were too ‘‘casual’’. He told me that a lot of players there really do have potential to be good, it’s just they don’t put in the work as most top players do. Hence why he said everyone was ‘‘ass’’.
Anyways, I think he’s a totally different ‘‘top’’ player than most. I’ve ran into a lot of players and have met many top players and for the most part, they are all douche bags. At time I did think Jakob was a dick head, but then I just remembered his personality and train of thought. You can obviously tell the guy isn’t ‘‘normal’’. He’s got some sort of disability I believe that prevents him from working. He travels to tournaments to help pay his parents bills and what not. He doesn’t just collect the money for glory and spending purposes. But, all in all, he’s got a good heart, I just don’t think he knows how to present himself that well so it comes off as rude and arrogant.

I just started playing Tekken. I’ve only dabbled in 3D fighters before, and I haven’t touched a Tekken since 2, so I have no idea what I’m doing.
Jun is fun. Haven’t picked a second character yet. Is there anything in the way of team synergy to consider in this game or do you just pick your two favorite characters?
