Can’t you tack on HK at the end of Peacock Jive for a little more damage?

f.mk to hp does more damage than f.mk, mp, hk.

People, any good combos that do 400-500 with 1 meter that are easier to hit confirm and/or are allowed after a good mix-up ?

I realized that once I get a hit-confirm I have a tendency to do Feisty Rabbit EX > thorn or Dendrobium EX in order so extend damage and end it with a cr.HP and a LK Sunflower Lance. Thing is I get the impression that I could be dealing a lot more damage with other combos.

I mainly use f.MK, MP, Bedtime as my combo starters and I believe this is heavily scalling the damage I could do it with Lili.
If it isn’t this one, is a cross-up where I can do it the combo I want or Andante as anti-air.

So, in short, what are other good and practical combo starters ?

If you want better damage off f.MK, MP link st. LP, you can do a couple of things. You can chain the LP into a medium then launcher cancel for your partner, or you can learn the st. LP into cr. HP link for knee combos.

cr.mp cr.mk xx hp -> EX Dendro is good but requires meter. cr.mp -> cr.mk xx knee off a crossup is good. Lili has good mediums for linking and it won’t scale the combo a lot.

Replace bedtime with cr.mk and you’ll get much more damage.

builds less meter, and the good thing about cr.mp is that it works after peacock waltz and its safe on block. but correctly as you say cr.hp will do more damage. but i see it more of an awesome punish. any combo with fierce will do more dmg then hard =)

so far ive found nothing of normals that combo into super on wallbounce in this combo however you can combo into super after the wallbounce using Andante or Submissive heel but the timing is really strict and it seems its character specific

and corner combos are brewing at the mo, will try post some in 1-2 days when ive tested some enough unless someone else finds something saucy that can be done =)

Iv seen Alioune do anti air Andante crhp dendro then fmk hp, is this more useful than just Angel knee crhp sunflower lance?

That sounds great, I’ll have to test that. Do you have a link to him doing this? I’ve been waiting for Alioune or some other high-level player to start showing us month 1 technology instead of week 1 technology, but videos haven’t quite fallen into my lap yet.

Alright, that AA Andante Combo is sick. Copy n pasted. Thx to Alioune or whoever came up w/ it first.

This does 318 Damage. Thats 26 more then AK version.

If they decide not to Roll afterwards you just take a small step forward and you can cross up j.MK them.

Meter gain is about the same (1/2 Bar).

Should be added to the Guide. I like this one for its simple execution. Now we have a meterless AA (318) and 1 Bar AA (392).

Lol, just realised, fmk hp is even a better & more reliable ender.

Always felt after Wall bounce Specials, jump Heavy, cr. X normal, Sunflower was iffy. The normal b4 Sunflower would sometimes whiff.

Doing instead HP, Dendobrium, fmk hp does a little more damage and imo more reliable.

I recommend doing st. HP early, cancelled into MK Sunflower. Your gonna have to make sure to land all hits from Sunflower.

Don’t know if I missed it or not but you can tag (don’t know what it’s called) off her Sunflower lance. You just need to land the cr.HP (on her basic bnb) early as possible, it will cause the sunflower lance follow up to float them higher allowing you to tag at the end since it launches them higher instead of knocking them down.

A few combos I tested today, not sure how they would be useful in a real match

on that note, i find LK AK, c.HP x Dendo, fmk-hp (338) a better and more damaging bnb than LK AK, LK AK, c.HP xx sunflower (312).

Anyone work out the timing on the cancel for “C.Mp - S.Hp - Angel knee(non ex)” im seriously struggling here… or maybe im just slow

i just hold DF for Heavy Languish and make sure you hold forward to buffer the angel knee
