A gaming magezines crediblity should be on how the grade Call of Duty games.
See: None of them should ever be taken even remotely seriously.

The issue I have with these reviews is the misinformation that they could spread. I’ve seen that crap too many times in reviews for various games, and we’re most likely seeing it in these SS reviews. Some of us may not care in the end, but thousands of people read these reviews for information, and they’re not getting the right information. An opinion is an opinion, but misinformation is a different matter.
Yea they did. I checked today. Was gonna edit my post but SOMEONE just had to point out my mistake XP. Heh anyway I must have been thinking of someone else.
It’s not really misinformation all of the time. It’s just opinion is an opinion period. If a reviewer has issues with a game I’d rather them actually say something about it than appease the masses by just skirting over the issue. Unfortunately with a series as widely well received and the way how things are when I reviewer does a review it’s either ‘Oh this guy got money hatted for this review’ or ‘This guy is a complete dumb ass and doesn’t know what he’s talking about’. Do you know the uproar that happened over Uncharted 3 getting an 8 from Eurogamer? I bet most of the people that complained didnt even bother to read the damn thing to see if maybe they had some valid points or not. If there’s actually more than a few reviewers that mention issues in a game then more than likely someone somewhere is going to have the same experience.
In general though it’s basically what Stuart said. Don’t take the reviews to heart and if you’re using reviews as a guide to wonder if a game is worth dropping $60-50 on then don’t just read just one.

also forgot to mention, if you have a 3DS and the nintendo video channel then they put up the recording for Great Fairy Fountain. It’s heavenly. I want that CD sooooo bad. Just 1 more day now… We are actually going to be doing a midnight opening at my store for it. If you have it preorded at GS you may want to check to see if they’re doing a midnight or not.

I’ve been playing Skyward Sword for a week. I hated everything from Windwaker beyond. Skyward Sword is fucking awesome. I love this game. It’s a must buy.
These last hours are fucking unbearable…Someone make a time machine for me quick.
I thought it hit the US yesterday? Either way, I still plan to buy it and I haven’t bought a wii game in over a year. It’s the first game I’ve played where the wii mote doesn’t feel like a gimmick. It’s cliched as hell, but it just feels right. It’s natural. My TV lamp is dying so I started going to friends’ houses just to play it until my new lamp gets in lol. I turned into “that guy.” If you don’t plan to buy this game, PLEASE reconsider. It’s the first game I’ve enjoyed in well over a year and that includes all of capcoms releases.
Nah it officially releases in US tomorrow. Triple A Nintendo releases usually get the Sunday treatment.
Yea, I want SS so bad. Gotta wait till Wednesday tho.

I was planning the same thing, but working in QA means overtime cam pop up anytime lol. So I won’t have a day off until Thanksgiving. Hopefully I can get off early enough today to get my copy before the store closes.
Torturous, how I’ve only been able to watch my fam play this for an hour, before football takes over the tv all day.salt I’m gonna be on this game all night, after my sessions in marvel.
The music is amazing and the art is too. The small details sell the shit out of the characters as well. The combat seems fun too.
Most important thing for me, is that the beginning seems well paced and isn’t boring as all hell like TP was/is.
Just played for 7 hours and I’m at the second temple. I have to say that anyone who said the controls were bad have done the game a huge injustice.
You don’t have to tell me that…Today was supposed to be Zelda day for me but my manager ended up calling out sick and I had to go in. RAGE…
Favorite character so far has to be the Item Check lady from the Bazaar. Everyone else is so happy and full of energy and then you get to her and you can tell she feels like she has the most useless job ever lol.
Picked up Skyward Sword today with the golden Wii-Mote and the soundtrack.
Let’s see. so far I went into a cave and fought some blue slimes and bats just like one of my favorite Zelda games Zelda II The Adventure of Link (and did the under thrust with a golden Wii-Mote heh heh), there were a few almost kisses just like the American Legend of Zelda cartoon and Link is living in a forest in the sky, just like Kongoland - Donkey Kong’s world on Captain N The Gamemaster.
In other words I’m loving this game most likely for all the wrong reasons. 
Happy 25th Anniversary Zelda! Can’t believe it’s been 25 years since I played part 1. Played 1, 2, 3, Ocarina, Majora’s Mask, Oracle of Seasons, Oracle of Ages and Twilight. Haven’t played all of the games but I never played a Zelda game I didn’t enjoy.
Still haven’t listened to the soundtrack. Will probably give it a listen tomorrow.
Man…doing the skyward strike in this game feels so…right. One small thing I"m saddened about throughout all this awesomeness is making link do a special sheathing animation after defeating an enemy like in Twilight Princess. Anytime I’ve successfully taken on 6 bokoblin’s I really want him to do that.
