I suppose it is just that easy, though the idea of that takes some of the fun of the run out. I’ll sleep on it and see.
Been playing the game. Beat the Long Neck Beast and now working on the one in the Zora domain. I got bored and then did some random exploration and hit up a few towers.
This game is a trap
Man, i just did the Major Test of Strength in Hateno on Master with a handful of weapons that couldn’t do more than 30 damage and only sword one was a two handed spinner, which I had to save for his last laser attack. Did these guardians normally have 3000 health? With that and the regenerating health, it took me like 10 mins to beat him on my successful run.
Anyways, I’m going to allow a few points on the map for Fast Travel: all defeated Divine Beasts, the one near Link’s home in Hateno, and the resurrection point in the Great Plateau. I may also allow for one at each stable and register a horse at each…
Question about registering horses: if I take a horse out of the stable, ride far off with it and abandon it, can I still get the horse from the stable later?
Not 100% on this but I believe you can recover horses at stables.
Yes horses can be recovered by any stable you visit. Only exception if the horse died, then you need to visit the fairy.
Does each stable need a horse or can you register one horse at one stable only but use it in multiple stables?
You can register multiple horses and access them at all the stables.
That’s awesome! Thanks!
Beat Vah Medoh last night and working the Zora quest line. I had unlocked the Woodlands tower in preparation to get the Master sword.
I just need 7 more hearts or 3 depending on the stamina to heart transfer.
Also need more high quality weapons. So I debating on rather to make another castle run or do the Lynel quest for the Zora.
Still feel like I don’t need a horse. I just use the Gale ability on a high spire and float to my destination. For me that’s how I have gotten around.
I have yet to try to go into Hyrule Castle early especially on Master Quest. I’d imagine going in there during MQ would be teeth clencher. Can’t make any mistakes other wise that’s your ass.
Edit: just thinking about going through the front gate and dealing with the Guardians with them faking the laser…
You won’t get any near Zora’s domain. The Zora weapons may look extremely sick, but man, are they weak.
You’re better off mugging the mooks in the Woodland area as you’re on your way to get the Master Sword.
Lynel quest is a forced Red Lynel iirc, so you won’t get much out of it. Shock Arrows out the ass tho. Got enough for the whole game there.
Looks like I need to reup my Switch Online Supscription…
Went to start ALTTP and yeah. I hope I saved before I entered Turtle Rock, lol. I need to grab another copy of Splatoon2 anyways so maybe, I’ll do that tonight.
I could bust out the SNES mini, but I never started the game there, haha.
You should see the video I posted earlier about starting off strong for Master Mode.
With Majora Mask the only thing that you must worry about are Guardians.
Hence why I’m doing that one.
The real Lynel that I want is the one on the Great Plateau, but that bitch is a Sliver one and wrecked me. Had to reload my save to keep the good weapons at the time and book it out of there.
Oh snap!
Yeah, you’ll definitely need more than just Zora weapons for that one.
I’m loving reading all these stories of you guys going through BOTW. Makes me want to jump back in, but my gaming backlog is already huge. On another note, came across this:
It’s a hand drawn Zelda 1 guide. Pretty cool stuff. Think I’ll pick up a copy.
Lynel hunting is something I enjoy in game.
Everyone loves Lynel hunting!!!
That shit is so much fun and satisfying!!!
In boring 'ole ALTTTP. The turtle rock dungeon is pretty awesome. Carrying the bomb to the pyramid, lulz.
I wanna go Lynel Hunting, but I’m close to the finish line, I think.
This your first time playing it?
