Yo this is the spiritual sequel to Godhand. Yeah, graphics leave a lot to be desired but you really have to see these things in person see how it really is.

I’ll be honest, the graphics and the animations look really crappy, and the gameplay looks bland 
if the game is based on a animated show. which is essentially something flat, 2D, cel shaded, with minimal detail like all works of animation…how can you expect outstanding graphics?

Platinum hasn’t made a bad game yet.
I’m glad that gameplay is being focused on before graphics for once… Hell, it doesn’t even look “bad”… It just isn’t super shiny, realistic texture, eye-porn.
Relax, people… Get concerned if people are saying it controls like shit or isn’t fun to play… Not because it looks like the Wind Waker.
Wind Waker looked pretty fantastic on Gamecube.
I liked what I seen of the gameplay. Lot of it reminded me of Godhand. Most of the bending moves looked cool. Encasing herself in a dome of water to shoot ice shards is my favorite.

I think looking at the gameplay alone, platinum is definately one of those companies that have a heavy focus on gameplay. I really don’t care about the graphics but the only complaints I’ve seen so far is how the bending isn’t “legit” and the naga mini game.
People need to suspend their disbelief man.
