I believe kara tiger uppercut punishes them if you block high.

blankaballs: if you block high you can kara tu / u2 .

You can even u2 punish if blanka did the ball close to u while crouching

thanks , yeah i know u can punish blanka balls , my video just above that shows me punishing them , in this video im using a standard xbox pad until i get my converter, as u can see after the blanka balls i whiff forward hk , thats me trying to kara.But agreed at blocking all blanka balls high , guess its a bad habit of mine. Its going to stop now though ^^
