unfortunately, they often ARE the bread n butters. for some chars, there are simply no other ways to combo into tandem etc. if you don’t use some really tricky setups.
Can’t all of them start a tandemu with a2/a3 or s.a2/s.a3? 
some may even use crouching a2/s.a2. Is this correct? cuz I always think walk cancel/link is to give more setup and damage.
Say like jotaro/dio, they both can use a2 to start a tandemu combo. Yet meanwhile, c.a1-c.a1- cancel-link 6a2/214a1 leading to other combos gives more setup options. A1 is much faster. Well, in fighting games light attack is always faster and often has high priority.
how are you supposed to hit confirm a c.A or c.B? it’s just not realistic. look at dio, the setups he has off of normals are either a.) not hit confirmable or b.) have to be started point blank. same for most other chars that heavily rely on tandem (maybe with the exception of jotaro).
edit: and i dont think 2A combos into tandem for any character at all, i might be wrong though.
for dio i dont think so but jotaro has a link off cr a2 (2A) to tandom but its corner only i believe cause thats all i tested it on

Anyone know WTF happened to the videos on the http://nakokisami.s140.xrea.com/jojo.html site?? I had downloaded some recently and put a few on my youtube. Just wondering if the guy is going to upload anymore. Seemed like that was the only place that had recent JoJo’s tourney vids.
On another topic, are there any SRK people in Japan that play JoJo’s? How big is the JoJo’s scene over there these days? Does BBC still play?
JJBA vids are uploaded bi-weekly to monthly from what I’ve been seeing on the Hardedge account. AtTheGates would know better than me, but there are a bunch of videos being uploaded to nico video that you can check out. As far as the scene, I’d assume it’s still ok seeing as how enough people still play to have some pretty amazing match vids out there. But it’d be nice to have someone who’s currently at the location to give a more solid answer than my current speculations 
I think the american scene could grow and get this game popular, we just need someone ballsy enough to try to throw a big enough tournament somewhere in the USA and get enough hype to get people to come out. Honestly, if I had to choose Evo or a big ass JJBA tournament, I’d pick the JJBA tournament in a heart beat. No joke. :lovin:
There’s a matchup chart on that guys site too (the Japanese one). Don’t know if you guys have seen that or not. Anyway, I’ll keep pluggin away on those Jotaro combos that you showed me the other day.
yeah, nicovideo is the no1. source for matchvids of all games nowadays. they even have the blazblue vids that appear on gamechariot’s own site and zoome way earlier.
if there are any new jojo vids on nico, shi usually ups them right away, jojo has priority over everything ^^
