I live in Santa Cruz (about an hour drive or a little less to the close parts of SJ, depending where you live) and I work on that side of the hill daily (I basically turn onto 85 before hitting SJ) on my commute to Cupertino.
Filthie, I am a terrible fighting game scrub by comparison (Iāve been trying to play them āseriouslyā so to speak for a bit over a year now) but I would love love love to have some jojos in person. Iāll be your bestest friend, heh.
Pick a time and a place, and iāll see about freeing up some time for a trip over there. I could do just get a laptop and have some ghetto jjba matches going, or bring my entire rig/pc setup over there.
EDIT: Just note i got two jobs now, so the more in advance i can get a date the better. you too fayk, if you ever get around to hosting.
I canāt host any time soon (just as well, since Iām less central than SJ and further frmo you) unless I found some cheap-as-hell venue. 
Otherwise, I could bring sticks/hardware/etc generally, probably.

In addition to those of us who post really regularly, depending how large a group you want, there are some people who play jojos a little more casually who are around the SJ area I think, based on seeing them on ggpo (asomb and badlose, and jblair) and those up by Geezer (Arvoyea, Bitkid) and more besides, Iām sure.
