if you do d.s.2B,2S~A,14C, you have 2 more frames than usual for 2A,14C if you start a little early with the motion, because the stand off takes 2 frames. That is the main reason why i keep screwing up this combo - i’m too fast.

s.5A,d.s.2B is a little easier if you doubletap the d.s.2B (which is hard in itself). You turn the 2 1F links (the just frame dash and he just frame 2B) into an 1F + a 2F link. By the way, doubletapping is a lot stricter than most people think, the best way to see if you do it correctly is to try it in a game with a practice mode with button input display set to ON, then check whether it shows 2 presses for your doubletap. and even then, it’s not a guarantee that both of those presses come frame by frame.
Oh, and my favourite new tandem setup is dash jump or hyperhop S~C,/, d.s.2B, s.5A, d.s.2A, tandem. The range of j.s.C into d.s.2B is insane.

More planning needs to be put into this. Fayk is lookin for arcades that already got a JJBA cab in it, so meybe that could be good. I’m just worried about their condition.
Yeah, me looking for a cabinet locally was just an aside really, though could make for a fun de-facto meeting place. Except then it wouldn’t be on freeplay, so…
But yeah, I think there’s still interest from all parties, we’re all just a little busy, I’m sure. At some point soon (when we reach a sort of critical mass of having content there) I’ll mention the site, too.
Edit: How many norcal people did we end up having? I know there’s some others in further parts of SoCal (and Geezer, you’re pretty far as is!) but I think we had as many as… four, counting you and me? or did we have more?
