I’m semi-necro’ing this thread cause according to my iTunes preorder folder Parabellum drops August 27th. Which means early-to-mid September for physical release since Digital always drops a few weeks before physical.

Digital is 8/23.
@maxx is going to have plenty of fapping material too. Both Physical and Digital come with extras like breaking down all the major fight scenes like the horse back fights, the glass room and several others.

Target has one also as a steelbook. I like it better, but it’s the Blu-ray/DVD. For a mass release, DVDs are a coaster to me. Rather get 4K where I can for future proofing.

Man listen . . . . . I don’t think I’ve bought a release without a steelbook since 2014. Since the first John Wick didn’t have a Steelbook attached to the release, I went international and grabbed a NovaMedia copy. Faaaaaaaar better than the one Best Buy recently put out.

So I’m watching JW 1 and 2 again since 3 comes out next Friday (digitally anyways)
Although he got murked in the first movie I want to know what John and Marcus’s relationship was. Vigo said that Marcus and John were very close. I want to know how since John took Vigo murdering him very personal.
Also…I get a weird inkling feeling that somehow the association/high table is responsible for Helen’s death. I don’t know how or why…just an inclination.

I could see them being upset that John Wick, their greatest tool was able to leave the life through their own rules and codes. So they conspired to get rid of her in hopes to bring him back. Cause remember, we just know she died. We don’t really know how. We just see her collapse and then die in the hospital. BUT due to Vigo’s dipshit son ruining their plans and the ripple effect he caused john ended up becoming their greatest enemy.
Yea and that sounds super stupid to me and I really hope they don’t do that.
Edit: Turns her into even more of prop then she already is.

Any word on the TV show?
The Continental? None that I know of. Probably in production hell. The only thing we know about it is that it’s a prequel.
Maybe that will be something we catch a glimpse of in The Continental? Judging by the fact that not only did Marcus turn down the bounty but specifically watched his back during JW1 after being hired to kill him I’d go out on a limb and say they he probably did a favor for John during his quest to get out and didn’t ask for anything in return. Considering how we know favors work in this universe that was probably enough to take a relationship that started out as mutual respect/admiration into an actual friendship. All speculation of course.
