I work at Walmart and they’re not really hiring here as well. They just let go of the temp people yesterday because they were overstocked on the inside. Also, like Ephidel said Walmart has a lot that goes on in terms of customers and other employes so it’s good for diaries in case you do want to work there.
Crap, I hope your pops is doing better, remember from the Wendy’s stuff he was pretty instrumental in keeping you good there in maybe worse situations. A voice of reason and they weren’t going to act up again towards you when you got such a good family support system.
Forgot to report about the Richmond, CA Burger King on my way back from the SF25 Tourny.
I hadn’t ate any meat in like 2 days, trying to budget with travel kinda food, bought some instant noodles or something I could microwave at the farmers market retail store in a mini-downtown. And some Cajun spiced+Japanese double shelled peanuts weighed by the pound for a few bucks. The Fancy Hotel venue late had a closed expensive cafe deli there or just a sports bar with giant beers everyone had.
Really just needed to use the restroom, badly. BART subway train station ones were all closed up, occupied.
Walking quickly, getting accosted to “get a good deal on a BART card,” there is like no way to check the balance on those, sorry man I’m really in a hurry.

The Digital Underground guy’s boast about “getting busy in a Burger King bathroom” probably wasn’t this one, or maybe it was which was why it was so messed up. People who weren’t customers probably just destroyed it. And I really didn’t need that on my retro Kobe’s I never wear and I shouldn’t have ordered anything anyway due to the following experience

Waiting there so long you just get to be bored and observant of different things, all the customers eating here, kinda sucks they make this a staple of their meals for the week and are beyond overweight. So a family comes in after church. 3 large black ladies and 2 kids. Younger lil man just runs all over the place. The older kid like 11 looks out for him though. He ran to his mom to point out the younger bro was getting punchy. Shoot he even tried to punch his aunt there, lady’s like 6’3 with arms like a linebacker

Said more playful than mean so he isn’t phased. He grabs at the top of my box of crap in the booth, some extra posters from the tournament, unsigned. Older kid tells him to stop. I tell him “Its cool we we’re probably like that when we were his age right?” Really wanted to leave a few of the posters with those guys, we got a future punchy Balrog Boxer player right there maybe. And I’m not doing nothing with those even now. Had enough to give 2 for them & keep 1 for me.
Older black ladies working the front counter and distributing orders so its taking a while why mine sits probably. Chunky girl mopping the part of the store inbetween my seat and the counter, I’m zoned out just tired looking that way. Go up to the counter eventually but can’t get a word in, but she goes around and gets my order.
Worst chicken sandwich ever. Can’t even choke down just the chicken patty. This is way too long, just never order the Chick 'N Tasty. Never.
I do recommend cutting out all the fat of the mayo on the McChicken and asking to substitute for the chicken wrap sauces: honey mustard, ranch or chipotle BBQ. Sometimes they might not get it and give you the said sauce dipper as an extra quarter on the order so its whatever. Also have a funny story about the “McGangBang” if you guys ever heard of that. Well funny for someone maybe.

I received a txt today from the lite skin shorty…she wanted to chill,I go pick her up from mcds,she was telling me the Russian dude quit also.He flipped out on the manager for yelling at him and called the manager a bitch who needs a dick in her mouth as a pacifier to stfu.the gay dude who told me to watch chicks with roaches in their house quit too,he cursed the manager out after he got caught for putting stale cheese on some bread.He called her a fuckin bitch and went postal and went to reach for her wig piece…

The lesson learned here? Don’t let ignorant ass people run your store!!! Sooner or later, your managers are gonna get “managed”. Surprised russian dude didn’t just clock one of them and get it over with for the rest of the workers, but I figured that most of the workers that were there when you worked would bail before long. Sometimes, you just see it coming from miles away. You know it’s over when the gay dude is about to throw blows. You just plain out suck as a manager and shouldn’t be running anything. I hope your pops gets well soon doc. I wouldn’t even bother going back there unless it’s to poke fun at that manager, if she even still has a job. I’d tell shorty to get another job too. Ain’t even nobody around for her to lean on and she doesn’t need to get caught up in some damn Cinderella drama with the spanish managers. I went into Popeye’s the other day,got one of the 6 pc deals with biscuits.I said to myself i might just apply here for the experience …my dad is getting better,doc said in a months time he’ll be healed…I peeped the Red Cross course for Nurses Aide,it’s 1800 to enroll.Not bad at all…

Just make sure you check the availability of jobs before you drop the money. I’m a nursing student and the stuff you learn for nursing aide is really easy, the only downside is that anybody can pretty much become one so depending where you are it might or might not be easy to get a job. One thing for sure is that you would have stories for days if you got that job.
hey before you go dropping that 1800$, see if there are alternative nursing prep classes or just vocational classes in general at a community college. just saying because it’s cheaper and most will waive the tuition and it sounds like you will qualify for some sort of financial aid. my friend is a nurse and he started at a CC. save that hard earned money man. don’t wait, do it now.
Yeah, I would definitely take the CC route for nursing also, plus waived tuition is kick ass. Most FA offices do require a HS diploma or GED for pell grants though.
