Anyone know if his level 3 Hyper is a 0 frame grab after the super freeze? Sorry if this was already mentioned/stated.
HAHAA! I wrote that for Marvel.com! Shatter psyches means that you’ll destroy your opponent mentally.
When the Hyper is activated, the opponent is frozen completely. So I would say yes.
I don’t think we can know for sure until people get their hands on him but Tron and Thor’s are so probably.
Does anyone know if Haggar will work well on a team with Dormammu and Tron Bonne?

Haggar executes his Level 3, and we see Hulk “frozen” in the few frames it takes for Haggar to complete the grab animation.
Holy balls, I was watching this stream and the dude was playing as Haggar. Haggar hits HARD, and his anti air grab goes as high as a fucking super jump (it looked like).
DAAAAAMN!
I just saw the intro and I loved the Haggar/Felicia part. Haggar doesn’t take to kindly about his billboard being wrecked

Also, Rapid Fire Fist looks like an *amazing *super. I think as long as the first punch connects your opponent is stuck in it.

I suppose all of Haggar’s alts were shown there. There was the one Lupinko mentioned which was the white haired old man Haggar. There was black pants Haggar, and what I think was a tan Haggar.
Can anyone answer this question? Or at least refer me to this supposed team building FAQ? Please and thank you.
