Rose only beat Bison in Alpha 2. The far more powerful Final Bison had no trouble tearing through her in Alpha 3. In SF4, Rose is shown somewhat winded after fighting Seth, so we can deduce it was probably a tough fight. In Sethâs win quote to Rose, he says her power is similar but inferior to Bisonâs. So, Bison is most definitely more powerful than Rose.
With the way their endings are portrayed, Bison and Juri are significantly superior to Seth. I think Juri beats Rose, but Rose would put up a better fight than Chun and Cammy.

Rolento was the exception and kinda unique with grenades, but he was mainly a staff fighter
Ideally SF as concept should main be about martial arts clash of style and traditions, not a marvel comic style shit where anybody bring in whatever he feel

Will be fine if they
-Make a kendo fighter with wood sword, it will respect both the blunt âruleâ and katana classic moves
-Make Carlos as a mix of bare-hands fighting and the sword-still-in-sheath attacks, and let him use the blade only as V-Trigger and maybe ex-specials
-In case of western fencing make a char that use a stronger version of sport-fencing rapier, used basically as a stick/riding crop (think Poison)

The only real problem with guns is that story wise, most of the time the characters are NOT trying to kill each other. Guns or even bladed weapons feel kinda awkward unless you are a murderous mofo like Claw. I understand that Ibukiâs kunais and grenades are part of her ninja style, but even them are not fine imo. At least they feel a hell lot less lethal than guns.

I dont the idea of a gun based fighter in SF but Sharon has a fkin rifle in sfex2 and rolento has grenades lol. It might be possible if used in a limited capacity.

Shion was originally supposed to be Ronâs (Striker for Zero in KOF 01) daughter, but they made Shion into a male because they liked the idea of a strong male with a feminine appearance. Something along those lines.
I donât see how Juri could beat Seth from the endings. Juri finished off a Seth that was already beaten to a pulp. At most she would be on par with Seth, but stronger would be a point of contention I think. I donât think people give Seth enough credit for how powerful he can potentially be.

I was under the impression that Juri fought Seth alone. In Bisonâs ending, he tore the Tanden Engine off of Seth, while Juri smashed it completely in hers.
I donât think you could make a scenario where both fought #15 Seth and both destroyed his Tanden afterwards. Youâd most likely have to choose the outcome you believe took place.
Seth is powerful, but Juriâs introduction seemed to imply she was the new top-dog with her constantly encountering Bison. Itâs funny how quickly heâs disregarded once she enters the picture.
