All About Street Fighter Zero 3 states that Sally is pregnant, 4 or 5 months, since Dhalsim seems to be away for 4 months before Sally tells him about her pregnancy. This overrides his Z2 ending. Its not a AAC mistake… Also, Datta being penpal with Chris/Amy being only 3yo is kinda impossible. Also, back in SF2 days, I don’t remember any source saying that Dhalsim didn’t have Datta before the SF2 tournament ( I could be wrong…)… In Sf4, Datta seems to be at least 8-9 yo…
There’s no telling of what is/what’s not canon in the Zero series anymore… I’m pretty sure the Cinematic story won’t address anything about Vega’s supposed suicide, SF2 or how ordinay hackers built 7 Black Moons in less than 6 months…
Nash’s “death” in Z2… well, AASFZ3 mentions that his yellow vest is bulletproof, so he could have survived the gunshots and falling the waterfall (severely injured).

From Helen’s reaction in SF5 cinematic, it seems that Nash have been unconscious since falling from the waterfall (god, how I wish that they could have animated or enacted it in Resurrection), that would give us a 3-4 year spam…

I noticed that Eliza Masters have a completely different “Dislikes”, one says “voice mail”, the other “staying at home”. Could you make a note about it? Thanks!
Anyway. I guess when they made Alpha 3 they intended some of it to retcon Alpha 2. Many Alpha 1/2 endings did not actually place in the context of the Alpha series (which again was meant to take place about 5 years before SF2), so retconning Sim’s ending (no matter how retarded it is) would’ve been in line with what Capcom were doing at the time.
However, Alpha 3 itself does not retcon the Alpha 2 ending and this matters above all else.
Actually none of that matters because SF4 took a shit on all of that.
Datta is now either an 8-9 year old kid who was born 2-3 years before Alpha 2 or a really articulate and gifted 5-6 year old born during Alpha 2. Pick your poison.
Also, I think about the first 20 or so of the profiles I used are from the English site, mainly the ones I felt were more fitting than my own translations from previously. Good catch on the Eliza thing I’ll make sure to note it.

Actually, It doesn’t explain the grey parts (grafts) of his skin… If his Zero 3 ending was retconned, so I guess he got those when he rescued Abel from the burning laboratory 5 years prior the events of SFIV. Unless that ALSO was retconned…
@Daemos, SF4 and SF5 is around at least 1 and a half to 2 years apart. I base my claim on Mel’s age and the fact that he can pronounce words clearly. A baby starts to pronounce clear words and form phrases around 1 and a half year, give or take.
Since he was born right after SF4 tournament, either Rashid’s prologue is set way earlier than the SF5 events, or… Capcom making shitty connections again.
Also, Chun-Li “adopting” Li-Fen’s seems to be after 3rd Strike. Unless she was taken into Shadoloo’s protection, gone home with Chun-Li and then captured by the Secret Society, only to be saved… my guess is that Urien will capture her right after SF5 story mode. Why is she so inportant? I dunno. Maybe she’s a spare body just like Ed…
Also, I remember that there was this discussion, but I don’t remember how it ended… if it’s called Secret Society, why people calls it Illuminati? Is there any official statement for it? I don’t remember it being mentioned in the overseas releases of SF3…
This is much bigger than the Alpha 1 album. I’m pretty sure the Alpha 3 endings will make both look minuscule by comparison.
I thought it was pretty interesting that there was no ending for Cammy in Gold back then. I believe Alpha Anthology was the first game where she was given an actual ending. For those who haven’t seen it:
