He magnificently beats enemies with his electromagnetic stun rod.
He’s a broken character, having all the moves of the other troopers: teleport, concealed knives and flamethrowers!
Since he’s stern and obsessed with hierarchy, is feared by all the others.
They should just add a pink girl trooper.

Just a quick correction
This part I think is mentioning the “Senior rank” Shadaloo soldiers who also appear in the character skill tables on the site (also in Vega’s storymode). Both F7 and “Senior Ranks” have the skull mouth plate so I think that’s who they’re referring to in F7’s description.
Skull-mask as a sign of high-rank in Shadaloo is something I can get behind
Well, it IS their logo after all.
I predict that whenever that special “boss” challenge mode is added, we’re going to be fighting these guys, and they’ll play like the other characters with special properties added to their moves.
Blade will be a Vega clone, with F.A.N.G’s poison added to his attacks for a “bleed” effect. Arkane will be a Nash clone with electric attacks that have ridiculously high stun properties. Khyber will be a Birdie clone (Hence why they made him a heavyweight, in order to fill Birdie’s shape) with his chains being replaced with fire attacks that cause the same burning effect as Dhalsim’s V-Trigger. F7 will of course have attacks that encompass all of that.
I liked one of the early concept arts of a Bison alt that had psycho power seeping out of his mouth and eyes, making his face look like a skull. Too bad they seem to have abandoned that in favor of his story mode costume. Would’ve been cool to have a Bison/Ghostrider hybrid, so much psycho power that he burned off his face.
To be fair, Bison’s grin makes him look like half a skull already.
Yup, there is definitely a skull face vibe there. It’s very clear in the character select screen. Just wish they followed through with some of their earlier ideas.
In fact, maybe these Shadaloo elite aren’t wearing skull masks at all. They’re wearing Bison Smile masks.
