Yup dude Gouken’s daughter had been seen in many SF well known latest media like assassins fist and anime movie but not yet on capcom’s sf universe.
She’s been forgotten, and with the advent of Sakura and Makoto, there’s less and less of a niche she can fill. With SF4 being Gouken’s big return, and SF5 going all out on story, she’s not been mentioned. If anything, wasn’t she only mentioned in the SF1 manga, but never in the games? I remember vasili called her little miss because she didn’t even officially have a name.
Honestly, it’d be weird to mention her now all of a sudden when out of all of Alpha, all of SF2, she’s never been given any importance or reference in the games.
I love her character design and was hoping she’d be one of the contenders for the infamous 5th spot in Ultra, but what’s mainly going against her is that she’s not canon. Bison was her master of sorts, but the thing is a bit muddle @Daemos would be the expert. Though I wouldn’t mind them shifting things around and having this be Bison’s master – vague references but never anything concrete was given about Bison’s teacher, so she could be an interesting flashback if anything.
I ever considered Illuminati HQ to be somewhere in South East Mediterranean area:
-Gill/Urien fight style and design remind ancient Greece
-the cult itself have an heavy egyptian and european massonic vibe
-a lot of biblical symbolism
Extreme east europe (Russia) from there is far, but not THAT far… specially considering that Illuminati have been around the world, see Urien having a stage in mexican ruins, not different from Shadaloo have HQ in thailand, but got minor bases around the world

Sayaka is Goutetsu’s daughter in Alpha Generations anime and his niece in the live action series. Gouken had a daughter according to the old canon, but she’s been completely forgotten by this point.

Actually, they kinda didn’t.
Keep in mind that, when SF2 came out, Cody didn’t actually LOOK like that, he had brown hair in FF1.
In SF2, Scott looked more like Joe than he did Cody. Which makes sense, since Joe was also in SF1’s title screen.
It wasn’t until Alpha 3 where, all of a sudden, Cody was redesigned to look more like Joe(probably because he WAS Joe in early development).
Mr. Karate with the mask in SvC is not canon because SvC is not canon. It’s a dream-match created by Shin and Cap, over-deities of the SNK and Capcom universes respectively.
Mr. Karate (Takuma in a mask), however, IS canon. He wore the mask to work under Mr. Big in Southtown after Big kidnapped Yuri and held her captive.
No, he is not stronger than Rugal or Goenitz. Don’t get me wrong, Takuma is a POWERFUL character and a superlative martial artist but he’s A) old and B) outclassed by bosses like Rugal, etc. Mr. Karate has now kind of morphed into Takuma “being serious” or fighting to kill or whatever…but we’ve seen nothing in-canon to show that it’s some big power boost or anything.

I do love the “plain” Cody look.
If I could tweak it I’d add handcuffs to one wrist and have his knuckles wrapped in “Caution: Police Line” yellow tape to add some color. Similarly I’d make his shoes a bright color in the same “yellow” temperature…so yellow/orange or just orange, etc. Also give him a bad-ass belt buckle and maybe a Warriors style armband on one arm. Maybe even make it a Mad Gear arm-band that’s been X’d out. Just a few small things to add a bit of character to the appearance.
