They’re probably not that important to the story to include, although I’m surprised they just didn’t include Effie with Necro into a double article like Dudley and Gotch. Maybe they haven’t met yet?

This is my prediction.
Bison knows of the society but dismisses them as crazy fanatics. The society are crazy fanatics which is why when the society learned of Bison’s plans, they interpreted them in a crazy fanatical way. The society recognized how Bison’s plans align with their ancient prophecy that foretell the coming of their savior. Bison is a necessary evil to them. Society resurrects Nash to use as a pawn to ensure said plans go unhindered (Nash will be tasked to stop Guile from stopping Bison) then they will allow him to take out Bison - But only after it is too late.
Someone correct me if I’m mistaken, but this is the first time Necro has had stats for his height and weight which were unknown previously. His height is variable like Dhalsim’s but his weight stays the same, therefore, his mutation doesn’t affect his bodies density like Sim’s Yoga does for him.
We’re actually almost done with the SF3 characters at this point.
Not counting Ibuki and Urien because they’re gonna be in-game soon, we’re only missing Gill, Hugo,
Remy and Twelve.
Then why did they design one of them to look almost exactly like another Capcom main character? If it was just supposed to be a generic fighter, they could have given him a generic design. But for some reason, they chose Cody’s design. They didn’t do this with the black guy, only with the white one.
Maybe we’re going to get Gill/Urien bios after all? Urien’s not coming until September, so throwing us a bone would be awesome. Hugo may or may not be lumped in with a later “Final Fight goons” group (bios for Rolento, Poison, Andore, maybe others). Remy isn’t tied to the Secret Society and has no canon reason to be in hiding during SFV, so he seems like the safest bet for another SF3 pick.
I would like to throw something else out there too: the Cody reference was cut from Scott’s bio because Capcom settled on a different, non-FF1 Cody design for Season 2 and didn’t want to confuse people. I feel like Capcom is almost trying too hard to avoid the subject of Cody in this series.
I’ll like to see Claw to be the last traitor and had maintain a conflict with Fang.
It’s okay for Dictator atleast to have one last loyal devotee after his next defeat to maintain him for awhile before any return in the future. Something like similar to the role of Rebecca Madison to Maxwell Madison Sr. in Phantom 2040 plot or somehow similar in Batman Beyond’s Return of the Joker and Joker in Batman’s Arkham Knight. But still behind the scenes or sometimes battle within the subconscious.
I think a Remote Cybernetic Dictator and Nightmare Dictator would be okay in the future as a recurring character that slightly evolves to improve per new game. He can be the Doctor Doom of SF Universe but instead of having doom bots that is obvious and redundant, He can be better by having multiple ways to channel his presence using psychic capabilities of Psycho power to the extent to infiltrate the subconscious of a person by possesing or hunting, while for drastic measures having an alternate situations is for him to remotely use a Cybernetic body that needs more than physical encounter but full control of least available psycho power that technology is capable, while still finding a perfect body to resume the former plans and to harness again the Psycho Power’s full potential. I think Shadaloo is capable of that technology.
To be fair, Cody’s design at that time was pretty generic. They’re both just blonde white guys in white T’s. This question is like asking “why did they choose Alex to resemble Alexey Zalazof even though they’re both one of Capcoms main characters?”.
I’m happy Necro’s profile came out today! 
He’s a fave! I like him better than Dhalsim.
I feel the “rubber man” image works better with him. To me, he has a very visually striking design and I just thought he was freaking cool! He really stood out to me. I just remember him and Dudley were the only ones I instantly liked back when I first saw magazine scans for SFIII even though I skipped the III series and didn’t give it a shot at the time, lol.
I hope Effie is next. I like her with Necro!
