I donāt see why Monitor Cyborg canāt be canon. Itās a robot. Big whoop. Robotics arenāt that big a deal in the Street Fighter universe. Heās basically a version of Seth that just gathers data and doesnāt fight. Hell, thereās already a robot in the background of the Lair of the Four Kings stage.
