That wouldn’t really work. Thus far each wrestler has has a different build. Maple Storm is 6’2" 190lbs. Sunrise Nishisenba is 5’9" 159lbs, Yoko Harmegeddon is 5’8" 253lbs, etc. The only one with a similar build to Mika thus far is Nadeshiko.

What you are suggesting could work for the dolls. All of Bison’s dolls have similar builds. They are between 5’3"-5’5", weigh roughly the same, and share a basic uniform design. They could get away with simply modeling new heads to put on Cammy’s body.
They can’t do that for Mika’s contemporaries.
