Meh…honestly her official artwork is much better. They didn’t get her hair right. If a 2D sprite from almost 20 years ago can do asymmetrical hair why can’t a comic panel?
Can someone explain to me what in the hell happened in SFIV? I’m so confused. What’s happens with characters at the conclusion like Seth, Juri, Bison, Abel etc…
What WAS the conclusion? What or who precisely is “Oni” and is he really a what-if character?

Like pretty much every other SF game before now, there wasn’t one.
You can assume SOMEBODY beat Seth, but they don’t make it clear who. Or why.
Seth beat himself. Beat him at his own game. Poor poor stupid android. Oh well, now he’s dead. And we can get back to what’s important…testing. I know you like it as much as I do.
Your guess is as good as ours. Maybe Juri’s inclusion and Akuma’s inevitable arrival will clear up some of that.
If Viper’s SFIV ending, Juri’s ending, and both of Bison’s endings are canon… poor ol’ 15 sure can’t catch a break.

Oni is the result of Akuma losing control of the Satsui no Hado. Akuma never lost control of it, so he’s definitely a what-if character.
As for Seth, I assume Bison was the one who took him down. Outside of BLECE, his whole ordeal was to usurp Bison and become the new leader of Shadaloo. You could make a case for Juri, but her appearance in Bison’s ending just makes it the more complete one to me. Zangief got public recognition for winning the S.I.N. tournament in SF4, but it was never elaborated on in Super or anywhere else. The BLECE is a huge plot point in SF4, but it was never mentioned once in Super SF4.
Basically, a few people (Chun-Li, Guile, Vega, Cammy) were able to get into the S.I.N. lab and steal or destroy important data, while Ryu destroyed the BLECE altogether in Sakura’s ending. That’s the gist of SF4’s plot. Many of the prologue’s in Super are similar (Gouken, Ryu, Akuma) to the SF4 ones, but quite a few are revamped (Bison, Gen, Cammy, Viper), continuations (Balrog, Ken, Chun-Li, Vega, Abel, Fei Long) of the ones in SF4. For example: Bison is just focused on getting a body created so he could put things into motion in his SF4 prologue. In Super, he has sights set on Seth and Juri for opposing him. Balrog is located by a messenger to do a job for Bison in SF4. In his Super prologue, it was revealed that Bison wanted Balrog to watch over the Seth clones.
There are a few endings continuing on from Vanilla (Vega, Balrog, Gen, Rose, Guy’s ending takes place after Rose’s SF4 ending) and many others taking place sometime after the tournament. I hope this helps a bit.
By USF4, we see several possible “death” scenarios for Seth:
-Bison kills him (SF4, SSF4)
-Juri stomps his machine into dust (SSF4)
-Someone (Guy?) throws a kunai into his back in Fei’s SF4 ending
-Viper kills him at his most vulnerable (SF4)
-Rolento frags him in the face whilst looting the SIN laboratory (USF4)
We don’t really know what happened because, even in SFV, the whole SIN debacle is hardly mentioned. Looking at the relevant characters, we can piece together some details:
-Viper doesn’t seem to have her full suit in Bison’s prologue (Turned over to the CIA or fell into disrepair without SIN)
-Juri now keeps her FSE eye covered (Complications with maintenance on the device without Seth, possibly?)
-Shadowloo was not significantly weakened, and has even “reclaimed” their SIN research team for a new plot
Also important is that FANG appears to be in charge of Shadowloo’s R&D department, where he spearheads development of the PSAs and re calibrating Dolls for CHAINS.
Just guessing… not sure…
It might Dictator sending the seth clones to beat him…Juri stomps on him(or a just a clone) then Viper finish him(or just a clone)… F.A.N.G. takes what left with him?

I’m actually kinda hoping the Illuminati took him, like they did with Nash. If they rebuilt him and made him less robotic(i.e. removed his cyberware if he’s a cyborg or gave him artificial flesh if he’s a robot), I think he’d fit in well with them.
Especially in his suit, he looks like he belongs right next to Urien.
That would make for an awesome sub-plot for Seth. Too bad Capcom won’t ever think like some of us fans do. 
FANG had nothing to do with Shadowloo at that time. If he sent a team to scavenge the lab once he joined Shadowloo, it is unlikely he would find anything since Rolento’s forces looted the place nearly a year prior.

Before you know it, Capcom will say that Gill and Urien are Seth clones
They better fucking not
That would be so incredibly stupid, it would never happen.
Therefore, it’s definitely going to happen.
It’s going to be revealed that #15 Seth was actually the brother they blacklisted from the Secret Society. He has their fucking crouching fierce, plus he likes being naked, so he must be related.
The hilarious thing is that when Seth came out in SFIV, I always figured he was the pre-cursor to them timeline wise or that Abel was some like failed Urien attempt or something. Just because it seemed like something that’d happen.
Not only that
Abel, Seth, Urien, Gill are the only 4 SF characters that have some biblical inspiration
Seth and Urien (and likely Gill if he can return normal) also have in common that technique to change skin color
Also of course similar moves, body proportions and poses
Also two replacement bodies for Bison as Cammy and Abel were both blond/blue eyes and from european area, like Urien/Gill
Shadaloo/Illuminati both chased the genetical build of a superior human being (Bison for himself, Illuminati for theyr Utopia), is not crazy if at some point one organization stolen info from the other and so they created humans using similar technology
It may be Shadaloo to have took Illuminati datas, as Bison ever used different clones all with similar (stockier, black hair, the classic Bison) aspect… in SF2, SFA and SF4 he looked ever the same. In SFV too, just white haired.
We never seen Bison in a body like Abel (blond), as they’re just starting with that experiment
I don’t know if they build a story to say that they’re all heavy related, but if they say that some common points are because stealed data it will not surprise me at all… if anything it will be more strange the amount of coincidences to be just casual
Actually wouldn’t surprise me if Bison modeled Seth after Urien. Which makes me believe he’s aware of their existence before anyone else.
