So it’s likely that Goutetsu tought Gouken and Gouki the weaponless version of ansatsuken they create their own variations and styles… I always wanted to see Ken change the stance of hadouken in a not so far hand gesture like demitre variation. The same with shoryuken in how Ryo is different from K’ in Kof series in performing the uppercut. not too different but slightly different like they did with the tatsumaki senpuu kyaku in SFV

He uses a Karate based art known as “Kenkasappō Burai-Ken” (Law of the Killing Quarrel: Outlaw Fist), his special move being the Soten Buraiashi (Ascending Outlaw Kick), used continuous intense knee blows to the face. He likes to tell jokes like your uncle. He was the influential person to gouge the eye of Sagat the Muay Thai champion, but in the end died in a bout of mortal combat. His son is Dan Hibiki of the Saikyo-ryu, and with that inspiration, the son wishes to build on the foundation of what he learned from his father.

Father of Chun-Li, who is the master of Chinese martial arts that taught his daughter the kicking skills. With a strong sense of justice he works for the Hong Kong police officers, but was caught planning an investigation against the leader of the drug organization Shadaloo and winds up missing (*Shadaloo solider “Because of us!”). Balrog (claw) likely knows something.
I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up being found locked away in some Shadaloo dungeon or something in Street Fighter 6.
One thing I found interesting was how Chun’s dad was shown being forced in the car in one of the Udon’s stories akin to what happens in Gen’s prologue. The Dolls killed him in the Udon continuity, but that’s separate from the main games.
What you’re seeing is this ッ, it doesn’t really mean anything on its own. It has to do with Japanese phonology which I’m not going to discuss in of itself, but basically if those aren’t in place a Japanese reader wouldn’t read whatever script it’s connected to properly. You as an English reader can actually take the ッ out of the sentences and still translate it coherently. Here’s a little more info about it below.
Spoiler
@just5moreminutes something else to take into account “Mayakko Josiah” is actually this “魔奴義亜”, which is actually how Sodom misspelled “Mad Gear” in kanji during his SFA ending
So after completely neutering Akuma by making it so everyone he killed wasn’t really dead, we’re going to start doing the same thing to Bison now? Great…
I don’t mind Bison not killing people. He’s a long-term villain. Doc Doom doesn’t have many kills to his name either…because he’d rather utilize people. Chess masters don’t need to remove many pieces to win…where-as Akuma likes to flip the table when he loses
I think it might be debunked at this point. Zangief doesn’t like little girls…but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t like big, beefy women (the Russian stereotype opposite of the other Russian stereotype of a ballerina). The only SF character that is pretty clearly homosexual is Eagle. Hints exist for Juli (along with Cammy now)…at least as far as the shipping community is concerned (and they would be an adorable couple)…and Juri seems to be kind of sadistically pansexual. Lacking junk, I’d imagine Seth is asexual lol. Oh and Dhalsim is yogasexual.
