That will induce a lot of rage, but I think shaking up the status quo a bit and keeping things novel could be good in the long run. Mortal Kombat was a good example of that.

I still like how we got the current SFv designs from slightly changes from standard Ryu, Dictator, Claw, Karin, Cammy and Dhalsim they never changed them so much and its fine but modernized their designs is a better choice they did very happy with their designs.
They got a better Ken their in concept art, Wow great ken concept art, I still love red gi Ken but with a little twist from Ryu, than we have now, I like Sf4 like the ken sf4 same with allen snider and ken same gi with the supposed king cobra concept.
Zangief is the most untouch since Sf4 from them all while chunli has slight redesign is good to. Sf2v had a need beard re-imagination of gief.

Anyway, I wanted to ask you guys a question - theoretically, can the Street Fighter characters learn moves from each other? I’m not talking about some ridiculous stuff like Zangief doing the Blanka electricity, but something simpler and involving one’s Ki manipulation
Say, Ryu and Ken. We all know they can do a Hadoken, a Shoryuken, and a Tatsu.
But both Ryu and Ken add flavour to their moves. Ken can apply Fire to his attacks, and Ryu has focus much more Ki to do Shinku moves.
Since Ryu and Ken learned the same martial arts, can they do each others’ moves as well? Like, can Ken do the Shin Shoryuken? Or can Ryu apply fire to his attacks? (well I mean besides the Shakunetsu Hadoken)
The question applies to the rest of the cast as well
