Not from what I can tell. They don’t have any relations to the main characters as of yet, so I’m guessing this is why they aren’t there. If Helen is part of the Illuminati like we all think she is, then her relation to Urien or Gill must remain a secret to us for now so it doesn’t impact the story.
Reason being. Is because Urien didn’t make any kind of appearance in the credits. But the other DLC characters are. Like that chart still has unknown territory everywhere on it.

Bak, do you see any mention of Urien anywhere in that book? Alex is also missing from that chart. From what I can tell.

That’s because most of the other DLC characters actually appeared in the game.

Another reason might be that they have yet to find a voice actor for Urien to give credit to. But so far i cant see any name on that chart that resembles his in any way (ユリアン).
Well of course Urien isn’t on the chart. He’s part of the Illuminati. His existence is a secret.
Urien last DLC character confirmed.

Urien last DLC character confirmed.
Well he is the last character (left to right) in the DLC teaser pic.

So what you’re saying is they’ll ad him to the credits later on? I doubt that.

There is a 90% chance Urien will be the last character to be released regardless.

just5moreminutes:-Vega: Mother was murdered
I was thinking… Is there any canon evidence of this? To my knowledge, not the SFII ending, nor the SFA3 story or the SFIV endings or prologues hinted at any of that. And I think Vega wasn’t really featured in any of the prologue anime films in SFIV, either.
It’s not a bad origin, mind you, but I’m wondering if we’ve adopted it as his origin without actual proof on any official media.
I think i read somewhere that Vega saw her father killing his mother and that was the reason he started hating ugly people, his father was ugly BTW.

Last I checked, Vega’s mother (a beautiful woman) married an ugly-but-rich man, who abused her and eventually killed her. That caused Vega to snap, and is the genesis of his hatred of all things ugly. Though there’s also some serious narcissism going with Vega too (also inspired/encouraged by his mother, IIRC).
BTW, is it me, or does Vega come off as being really strong in the SFV story mode so far?
I know those stories, but, where do they come from? If thet don’t come from an official source, we’re basically inventing an origin for him, while he could pretty much not have been assigned one yet.
Urien will be last. If I’ve said it once I’ve said it a hundred times: Alex, Guile, and Balrog tie into the cinematic story and are coming first. Ibuki, Juri, and Urien will be part of the next cinematic.

That would be too easy though to tell. Just releasing them by order as they appeared on that pic? Seems kinda to easy. Even for capcom.
Also…interesting thing to note…
The voice-actor for Necalli in English actually described him as “the Majin Buu of Street Fighter”

So…he loves pudding and will somehow anger a real god and then have Ryu turn into a Super human God?

It also means when the 5 strongest Street Fighters band together to take on the 5 strongest Illuminati fighters. Necalli will fall asleep leaving the Street Fighter team short handed.

Wow…So Ryu, Ken, Akuma, Sakura and Sagat form a circle and hold hands?
Would buy.
No , I’m kidding.
i wonder if juri will be in the current cinematic.

i wonder if juri will be in the current cinematic.
Well she did appear at the end of Cammy’s prologue. I doubt that was for something as simple as a cameo. I can bet that there’s a 99.9% that all current DLC characters will have a role in the story.
Some maybe larger than theirs, while some may be smaller; nonetheless, they will all have roles.

BTW, is it me, or does Vega come off as being really strong in the SFV story mode so far?
Well I am under the assumption that Vega is in the same tier as Chun, Ken, Dhalsim, etc. So yeah, he should be strong.

\So does this confirm my years long suspicion that Juri is now an agent of Shadaloo as strongly implied by her and Bison’s SSF4 endings, Seth’s SSF4 ending, and even SFxT?
Actually, she’s outside the Shadowloo box, so I would doubt it. She probably took what was left of SIN and used it to fuel her eye and vendetta toward Bison. My guess for the translation is “vendetta/wants to kill”, going by the context and her being fairly close to Nash.
True. But where else does it say the translation of “vendetta/wants to kill?” I mean I can’t read japanese but I don’t see where it would say that near her name. Or are you talking around nash’s name?
He’s right her name being outside the Shadaloo box, but I’m not sure that her connection to Bison is a vendetta. I can’t really see the character because it’s too blurry, but I don’t don’t think it has anything to do with killing. The arrow that connects her to Bison does not have a bold font label in front of it so I’m guessing the relation isn’t really that important at this time.
I’ll post this grainy pic of the chart I took which you can use to infer a few things about the in game characters relation.
Juri wants Nash to kill Bison so she can retrieve her S.I.N. scientists? Her Feng Shui Engine is a prototype, right? It malfunctioned in one of those anime videos, the one where she kicks Guile, Chun-Li and Cammy(?)'s collective ass. Perhaps that’s what the eye patch is for?

I’d put Dhalsim atleast two tiers above Vega, Ken and Chun-Li.
Edit - His feats include:
Breaking Cammy’s mind control.
Being one of the few SF characters who can genuinely teleport (not the move really fast teleport like Akuma, Nash and Juri).
Is friends with Oro. Oro talks to him with respect, as if he considers him an equal. Oro is rather condescending otherwise.
Is chosen by Necalli as one of the three warriors he seeks to consume.

I agree on some of your points. However, Ryu was also sought out by Necalli, and I wouldn’t put him more than one tier above Ken and Chun. So at most, I’d say Dhalsim is a tier above them, like Ryu. Plus, Oro knows Dhalsim but I wouldn’t use that as evidence to support how strong he is. Good points, otherwise.
