On another note, remember that Ties That Bind movie where Seth’s scientists were watching Ryu and they had power readings rising quickly, and all the visible digits on the reading is 9s (you never see the first digit) as he turned Satsu No Hado?
I liked that part when Ryu is fighting Seth, and he uses the Power of Nothingness ™, you see that same power reader go to all 9s, and then reaches all 0s (as in 999k becoming 1,000,000 when you add 1 to it), indicating that PoN is a level above SnH.
Actually, no, the reading of 0000 is not it going to 1,000,000 it is all readings dropping off as the Power of Nothingness is…nothingness. Void. Zero. It’s the exact opposite of measurable, hence instruments reading it read 0’s.
The very first scene where Ryu is fighting Sagat and the monitor cyborg is scanning them. The cyborg reads Ryu’s lvl to be 3620 iirc and that’s what perks M Bison’s interest to follow him. Of course these are different from DBZ levels and could totally mean two different things.
In SFA3 Juni has power readings on the fighters based on their height and weight in cm and kg.
Ryu’s are somewhat disproportionately high which implies he has some hidden power (125500 BP). The next highest number to this was Akuma, but on a different category (120000 SP)

The parts that are dark are part of his own skin that have gone under a state of necrosis. This means that the skin cells have died and started to decay.
Ever seen a mummy that has been unwrapped? This is usual with things that have been dead for a very long time. Thus why parts of Nash’s skin are darkening, because he was dead at one point.
I’m betting the skin isn’t just normal skin. It’s either enhanced someway, like when Urien changes his skin, or it comes from some powerful sample person, like, a Necalli or something.
God, I can’t wait for Urien. In addition to being one of my favorite characters to play as, I’m hoping his release will give us some real explanations to just what the Illuminati is DOING in this game.
Street Fighter is filled with moves would be fatal under normal circumstances. Nash’s super in the game should cut his opponent cleanly in half knowing the cutting power a Sonic Boom has. Cammy is fond of snapping people’s necks with her grabs and counters.
Would Judgement sabre really cut though? In Fatal Fury Chen has a burst of Ki that goes right through people without destroying their body. Frome the way he gathers the swirling energy, I imagined that Judgement sabre was energy bursting and radiating through the opponent and once complete, would dissipate. Could it kill you? Absolutely. I just don’t think it would vertically slice someone in half.
