It’s absolutely stunning how Nash’s story is actually far better than anyone else in SF… Even Ryus who is still the same. Ken has just a side role again… And looking at the story mdoe trailer he will be just usser as better fodder jobber to Bison.
But back to Nash’s story. So he was betrayed in Alpha 2. Now I want to see if Guile knows that or what Guile will do after getting the info. Somehow everythign seems a bit fishy.

Helen did tell him that he was betrayed by his friends, insinuating that maybe Guile is in on it. Nash doesn’t know what the fuck is going on, and is basically taking everything Helen says as gospel. Interestingly, Helen has a 4 pointed star on her hat, and also Bison’s doomsday machine is using a 4 pointed star as some sort of key (the one Rashid’s friend sent him as a package).
I’m not convinced Helen wants Nash to kill Bison.

*Necalli’s prologue story is narrated by the “Warrior Prophet”, an Aztec warrior-priest, from a place called “Ancient Altar”. The Warrior Prophet monologues the story of Necalli’s legend. The Warrior Prophet forsees that during the next ‘Hour of Battle’, Necalli will consume the souls of Ryu (‘The one who agonizes to proceed on his path’), Dhalsim (‘The one who serves the God of Fire’) and M. Bison (‘The one who fills the world with destruction’).
During the current ‘Hour of Battle’, it is revealed that Necalli has come to devour the soul of the Warrior Prophet. The Warrior Prophet takes solace in knowing that only the strongest warriors witness Necalli. After a short battle, the Warrior Prophet is defeated and consumed by Necalli. However, upon consuming the Warrior Prophet, Necalli’s appearance changes from his original form to a much more human looking one. The scars and markings on the Warrior Prophet are trasferred onto Necalli’s person.
In the epilogue, a flash-forward to the next ‘Hour of Battle’ reveals the prophecy being played out; as Necalli confronts Ryu and Dhalsim. However Necalli’s altered form indicates the prophecy might not occur as predicted earlier.*

Fighters Generation has made a video showing Necalli’s combos and a story prediction (story is @ 09:00). They say Gill gets his ‘red power’ from Necalli or something. Necalli is an experiment by Illuminati.
The ‘red power’ in Ryu is obviously the Satsui No Hado. Gill’s ‘red power’ is good old fashioned fire. Necalli is ancient. I’d say he’s easily older than the Illuminati itself.

People keep thinking Necalli becomes Gill, but there’s no basis for that and even back in SF3 they showed that Urien and Gill were born normally, but they and others were vetted by way of eugenics and some alterations and their other-worldly nature comes from their sacred arts.

What irks me is that they decided to update Juni’s look (understandably) to the point where she’s almost unrecognizable at first glance. She went from auburn hair and brown eyes, to blonde hair and blue eyes. I guess she’s trying to match Cammy’s look and personality, but the funny thing is Sakura is so recognizable that you could put her in any of those 10 alts and she’d still be familiar regardless.
I’m guessing her school girl outfit at this point is like Guile’s flag tattoos, very rarely are you ever going to see him leave them uncovered.
Hopefully that god awful school girl uniform will be her alt. That way I wont have to bother with it.

Yea I thought Laura would’ve at least had Ken featured. They seem to be having a fight in the storymode trailer so I’m surprised there wasn’t anything leading up to that.
And when did Ken learned the Shakunetsu Hadoken? And on the other way around why Ryu hasn’t it anymore?
