quick q, my chinese friends where huge yu yu hak fans during the 90ās. ive only seen the movies but couldnt really get into it. q1, does the main character die in the end. q2, is the series any good (like hxh good).
I havenāt read the manga but the Anime is pretty good but the ending was kinda rushed. The main character doesnāt die.
It is kinda awesome that we can legitimately be scared of HxH finishing suddenly because the author has precedent.
If Gon dies here and the series ends I will know Togashi was fucking with people. Gonās wasted potential is a direct reflection on the series wasted potential.

there is also probably reinforcements on the way since the world would know the nuke detonated, meaning things are pretty serious.
jin freaks is probably on a level that is above any individual spider and is so good he may not even have the time to learn about this ant crisis, but for sure much of the world super powers are aware and probably have more plans.
also hisoka wont let gon die if he knows gons in trouble, and hisoka probably has never tried his best against anyone yet in the manga.

K thats a good point, im sill optimistic, but truthfully hxh is perhaps too epic for its own good. realistically to end the ant arc hed have to use at least a few spiders and a few others and make a big epic fight. thats another 40ish chapters. and then stop this arc and start a new one that and before he can even see his dad he would have to battle hisoka. also where did killuas grandpa goā¦or did i forget his departure back to zoldyeck mansionā¦also if netero was acting on his own, who hired killuas grandpa?
