Actually just jumped on this when it came back from hiatus, mid arc.
Good stuff, so far.
The OVAs for this arc should be awesome. I like that HxH gets made by arc, no fillers, no bullshit.
Since theyâll be DVD/blu releases, I hope that itâll be uncensored. This arc has had tons of pages where they couldnât even uncensor that stuff in the tank. Then again, itâll most likely just be anime censoring with quick-cuts and splashes of blood.
But the wait for the rips/trans/releases are going to be as painful as waiting for the manga.

Hmm, resurrected ey? Does anyone know if any studio is working on the chimera ant arc yet? And when we can expect to see it⌠Have to say though, the animation for HxH really plummeted with OVA 2 and forward (Greed Island).
Iâd rather see them go back to their old style that looked so fluid and beautiful.
i couldnt get through all of greed island, as much as i was craving HxH at the time.

fuck marvel, gon is on some other shit. thing i liked about gon and killua is even though they where trained they always ONLY showed a lil part of that power to the ones that trained them. they always hid the largest parts of their powers, thats why i suspected that he probably already was strong enough to face pitou and the guards. shit is like in the beginning, manga is just awesome. if only the art where up to his ussual level (the good one). shits awesome.

What does pitou mean with not being able to use nen again? is there a downside to gonâs power?
Apparently Gon gave up all his ridiculous (one in 50 million, this kid is a monster, etc, etc, etc) potential for the power to snuff Pitou now.
I think the hair is just there to represent the 20 or so years of his life that he just sacrificed for this burst of power.

Itâs not that I find the forced maturity thing weird. In fact, it sort of makes since in a way with Nen being life force and us seeing Bisque do the opposite.
Itâs the heavy implications that itâs a one-way street that basically sets him into Zetsu for the rest of his life. Do not want.
(I would hope Bisque could undo itâŚ)
On top of that, this might break Killuaâs sanity, which is the last thing we need.

I also feel like a dummy for not instantly recognizing the name of a Muse last chapter.
Question. Wasnt Gon also pretty good with transformation? I think he was pretty decent. If you add that with reinforcement it may be the reason he is able to Alter-beast himself. I wanna know how they explain the whole transformation process outside of saying he just didnt care anymore. The whole Nen science of it and if it is temporary or can it be reversed or the side effects of the transformatioinâŚso many questions. All in all crunk chapter.
Poor Gon probably having to go through Zetsu TWICE now.

More like he skipped SSJ1 and SSJ2 and hit level 3.
If nothing else, hopefully this form doesnât just disappear after Gon one-shotting pitou, if this is him forcing his lifeâs potential out all at once, as other than Gon in this state, donât see anyone else who can take down the King.
