The Burnin8or, that is not fix to problem that Xeno-V has.
If Xeno-V had plugged in the Wire Harness upside-down, then only one direction would work.
Only the DOWN would work, if the PCB oriented to have connector to the right.
And flipping the connector would then fix that.
But that is not problem Xeno-V has.
Xeno-V, you say you put in stock Joystick and it work?
Can you test again?
And I didn’t really understand what you typed.
What is the problem?
First of all yes, the stock stick is still working fine.
What I said is that when I plugged the sanwa stick instead of the stock one all the directions didn’t work properly.
Some were dead and some others didn’t correspond to what they should (e.g. I was holding the stick to the left and i was getting a u/b instead) … or when i was holding F, I was getting an F but it was registered as a single tap, it wasn’t being held down as it should.
I hope that you can get a slight idea of what has happened, thanks for trying to help anyway.
sadly , my modified SE stick basically stopped working like a week after modding it… no left/right movement, I did extensive testing and found that it’s the board in the actual unit, the Mad Catz board…frowntown…does anyone know how I would go about getting a new one of those or anyone I could ask about possibly acquiring that part? I know it’s probly a longshot…waaaaaah after all that work making a slick custom blanka stick …pooh.
for all the people haveing problems with the simitsu ls-56 mounting plate. it seem thears no problem with the ls-32 and the plate from the ls-32 should fit the ls-56. im gunna try this and when the plate comes in ill post with the results.
Is there a explicit benefit to switching the LS-40 shaft for the LS-32? Is there a length increase? Is there a shaft that I can use to replace the shaft in my LS-40 that will add length (JLF, LS-56)?
I ask because I knew the stick had short throws, but I didn’t not realize the shaft was as short as it is.
Just got my Fightstick today and started upgrading it with the parts I was going to use for my DoA hori. I was just wondering if it was possible to use the octagonal gate I had ready for the Hori, it looks like it should fit in however I can’t detach the square gate on the stick; is there a trick to getting it off?
I bought an SE the other day, without a joystick. Anyone know what size nut and bolt I need to attach the s-plate to the MadCatz mounting plate? Is it M3-.8mm .5mm like the JLF?
