OMG I’m not the only one:rofl:
Yo six I haven’t played White Day but it looks awesome and in an interview Lunar said it was one of the inspirations for Routine.

I didn’t beat it yet . One day I was making good progress, and the game crashed on me and I didn’t save. I was kind of pissed that it happened and then steam sales got me in their trap, so I’m gonna get back to the game eventually and probably start from the beginning. But yea, it’s a fun game and since you like Amnesia you’ll like White Day, just remember to play on higher difficulty settings and if you don’t see any higher than normal or easy, then you have to read the FAQ to install it correctly since it has a lot of problems. My game couldn’t load the intro of the new game, which was a common problem and I had to download a save that started at the entrance of the school.

Can someone help me identify this movie please? My friend gave me few details so my apologies if this isn’t much to go by:
Living Dead Girl? French horror flick about a crew that spills toxic waste in an old castle that raises a woman from the dead with an insatiable lust to kill.
No sorry, she said that’s not it. This thing had a tail which I forgot to mention.
Could be The Unnamable. Otherwise I don’t know it.
Finally figured it out.

Me, too. It was so shitty I couldn’t sleep in the same house with ANY LJN nes games. Gah! shudders
There’s a tail in there? All I can see is a heap of ass
I honestly think the Nightmare on Elm Street game is decent. Not great but not as bad as it has been made out to be.
^Well I think the big complaint there is how easy Freddie is. The game’s really not that bad though(and can be fun when you’ve turned into a dream warrior). It wasn’t moronically hard like Friday the 13th was(unless you got the secret items)
Nah it’s all Horror: Games, Movies, Literary work. Whatever you want really as long as it falls into the genre.
Watching 7 BELOW right now, it’s as wonderfully shitastic as I thought it would be. Plot is very bare bones and tries to play itself off smarter than it actually is, and while it LOOKS good camera work wise, it is mainly shot in one bare bones location.
After this I’ll delve into either John dies at the end, The Road, or another crappy film.
EDIT: 7 Below really sucked, but if you want to see some hammy ass Val Kilmer and Ving Rhames acting check it out, some parts had me literally laughing out loud.
REPPUKEN EDIT: John dies at the end was pretty damn fantastic, had a nice humor and surreal feeling and just kept up momentum all the way through. Got a little CGI heavy at the end and just a tad off course but overall this movie was great, I loved it, and it’s not that often I can find a film that does that for me.
Recommend it to you guys, let me know what you think.
John Dies At The End Is Good…the book and it’s sequel were way better, the (I SERVE ONLY KORROK) book left out a lot of weirdness/coolness, as well as gender-swapped Molly the dog into (I SERVE ONLY KORROCK) a male dag named Bark Lee. For the most part, they got the stuff they showed mostly accurate. Shame they didn’t have the stuff with the tv images and radio audio changed to show the corruption leaking into our world from Korrok for those who took the sauce and were thus able to perceive it, like the opening verse of Losing My Religion (I SERVE ONLY KORROK) being sung as
Oooh, knife, plus nigger…
Equals you
And jews are dead meat
Buuut I guess they couldn’t get away with that. But they could do the dong-knob (you’ll know it when you see it). Strange what they allow these days in movies. Really, this movie should have been a good hour longer. There’s a LOT in the book that they left out. Sure hope they do a film adaptation of the sequel, This Book Is Full Of Spiders…Seriously Dude, Don’t Touch It.
Oh, yeah, and I SERVE ONLY KORROK was taken out as well.
Anyone hear anything about Mama? I’m most likely gonna be forced to see it this weekend.
I believe it is a Del Toro project so even going in blind it can’t be that bad, I keep hearing hype for it without people giving a clear definition as to why it is having this hype so…yeah.
Going to watch Crawlspace soon, not the '86 film but a 2012 film of the same name.
Just got back from seeing Mama… I enjoyed it. Its nothing hardcore. People who hate non-gory, “PG-13” horror probably wont like it.
was really hoping for a “good” ending, seems like most modern horrors ive seen lately didnt like going for good/happy endings… still, I like how it ended.
Just got back from seeing Mama as well. I share the same sentiments. It was a good film to me. The only negative I really had is Mama herself being infinitely creepier when they were using tricks to mask the cg. Still, even when you could tell, they did a good job of making her look fucked up.
I thoroughly enjoyed how they switched the sequence up from the original youtube video.
I can see some people having a huge problem with the ending…
I was looking forward to things being resolved with a good ending. Just because it’s a horror movie, things don’t always have to end so messed up. It almost feels like they couldn’t decide on what to do and said fuck it. I didn’t mind it though.
So is it like a ghost film or revenge film…or even…a ghost revenge film?! lol.
I seriously have no idea what the plot of this film is, but if it is PG-13 then it usually falls into ghost territory. Sounds intriguing though.
My real question is do they say “Mama” after every 30 seconds?
