And I replaced my buttons and Joystick with Seimitsu.
Swapping out buttons and the Joystick is so easy its not even a mod.
I see it as adjusting it to your own preferences.

So since I checked back in the thread and saw that you can mount a JLF in this, Iâm probably going to rip out the JLF from my Qanba and put it in.

The votes are in and the 8 Button 2P Sega Panel was the most demanded variant!
Iâll be doing a minimum run of 11 of these panels (one to verify the fit plus 10 for sale) with a final price of $49.95; once the first one arrives, I assume next week or early the following, I will final fit check it I will start taking pre-orders for about a week so I can group the work all at once with the shop. I will be making an artwork template available as well so that you can get art for your new panel for only $19.95 additional. Donât worry, I will apply it too!
If there is sufficient interest in doing a run of just 6 button panels in the curved Sega 1P layout that came in second place, I will do those but will require at least 10 to be ordered before I start production on them so that pre-order period will be a little more open ended. Its just a way to ensure that I can keep the costs as low as possible. Similar to the panel that I will for sure be making, I will have an artwork template available for that as well. If you want this layout, please chime in and let me know!

Dumb question, but will these new custom Kuro PS4 VLX panels fit on the older PS3/XBox360 VLXâs from 4~5 years ago?
If so put me down for 2 of the 6-button Sega 1P style panels.
I have a question about how the art will be attached to the panel.
Will it be a metal panel with a matching plexi-glass panel with card stock you place in between the two? Or will it be like a real arcade panel with the art printed on vinyl like material glued to the metal panel?
Also, will these panels mount the same way the stock VLX panels mount, screw + bolt underneath the panel? or will it mount from screw + bolt on the topside?
I apologize if this was explained somewhere, I wasnât able to find any info.
I am not sure, as I donât have an older version of the VLX. I think it might as it doesnât make a lot of sense to change it that much but wonât know until someone either 1. sends me a panel to check or 2. I find a good price on the older VLX 
Right now, planning on doing the 1L6B like you want via pre-orders. Once I get to 10, they get made.
The panel will mount just like the original. No plexi, no additional screws. You should be able to use the existing nuts in your stick to tighten it down. The artwork I provide will be printed vinyl, laminated, then cut/applied. It has an acrylic adhesive backer that keeps it in place, similar to the Arcade panels and just like the artwork I use on Panzer Fight Sticks.
The printed vinyl Jasen use, you have to really go out of your way to damage.
@Feargus001100 the old vlx and the new vlxâs panels mount the same. I have the first vlx model and the kuro model also.

The art template is up for you to create your very own artwork to use on your new panel I know @d3v has done Lindy artwork in the past. I bet heâd be willing to help you out via comission.
When I do the 6 button pre-orders, as I said to @NotANoob81 - you can setup your artwork however youâd like The only thing that is âsetâ is the panel. I wonât be offering a âstockâ artwork with the panels.
You can put me down for a 1p 6 button panel! Just need to find someone to design something for it.
The HORI VLX Sega 2P 1L8B Layout is now available for pre-order! I received the test panel today and its a great fit. I canât wait to print custom artwork when its finished so I can update my own VLX with it!
