Is there a way to fire up my ps4 directly from the VLX? When I try using the PS button nothing happens.
No, sticks wont do anything over USB unless the console is on. The USB ports are inactive until the console is powered on, yet bluetooth is active in listening mode waiting for that PS signal.
Last I checked only the Dual Shock 4 controller (and maybe others designated by Sony) can power up the PS4 Console.
So far Sony has not elected to authorize any 3rd party controllers from doing this, and we will need a firmware update from Sony before they allow this.
Sorry for forgetting about this thread but the PS360 is a super easy install. Pinning out the daughter board isnāt bad to get the share button + home working. I made little jumpers off the back of the connectors for the possibility of a dual mod in the future with the stock PCB. But there have been some neat PS4 PCBs coming out where I may just dual mod with one of those in the future. I also didnāt bother drilling a Ethercon connector in because I didnāt want to hurt it. Also if it is help for anyone it seems like the home button is on a different pin depending if the switch is set to PS3 or PS4 mode.

I changed out the stock pcb to a ps360 on my first gen vlx, its super easy. I have a kuro VLX that im going to keep stock but im thinking about changing the ps360+ on my og vlx to that brook pcbā¦ if ps4 version of SF 5 doesnt allow the use of ps3 sticks with that skull girls driver then im gonna do it.
my main concern is if the PC version will allow the use of non xinput pcb, because with the ps360+ i can still use the xbox side insteadā¦ capcom is making shit too dificult ffs.
In my Opinion every PC version of Street Fighter sucks ass.

I just got my VLX, shipping to Australia cost almost as much as the stick. But man, it is so worth it. I fucking ADORE it.
Does anyone know of any alternatives to the Splitframe carry bag, as those are about 350$ inc shipping.
If not ill just get a Gym bag and make a foam enclosure for it from old cushions.

Not as good as the interest/voting levels indicated or as I had hoped. I suspect the holidays probably affected many folksā ability to pick up one. After the pre-order period, the 8 button panels will be $10 more and I will likely be discontinued once I sell out of the 10 being made. 6 button panels will remain in pre-order status until all 10 are pre-ordered. After that, I will likely discontinue them as well.

Theyāre pre-selling it for $235 plus shipping (only one option @ $59.90 to Texas). Trying to figure out why itās much less than the original PS4 VLX ($300). Other than the different color themes of side & top panels, I canāt see any other differences. Would prefer to buy in the states to avoid overseas shipping cost. About to inquire with both Hori USA & Arcade Shock. I shouldāve just bought 1 PS4 VLX originally instead of 2.
