Hori just sent me an email asking if I wanted to proceed with my order of 2 VLX’s. I said hell yeah and send them out today… Is that normal?
They didn’t ask me that…weird.
Just got my tracking info from Hori. April 30th delivery date!!!
Got order confirmation and about 25 minutes later I got shipping confirmation. I am in a current state of geeking.
Got confirmation from hori and Friday 5/1 is the delivery date. SWEET… Also, they have put both of my sticks inside a bigger box. I asked for it to protect the vlx box and they hooked me up at no extra charge. Can’t wait.
The delivery man wont be able to lift it!
So do to anticipated unavoidable service delays in the Baltimore metro area, I might not get my Hori Real Arcade Pro VLX for the PS4 in a timely manner.
A minor inconvenience compared to the fricking riots going on.
As very ambivalent as I feel about the riots, I just hope that, if delivered during the riots, your Kuro VLX doesn’t get jacked.
Hence Fed Ex is anticipating delays. Better yet they got locations away from the city, they probably just reroute the package.
But that would cause congestion and delays from the high volume traffic.
At least I live far enough away from the city to avoid and real issues.

This is great news! Looks like they might be doing this for anyone who bought 2. I checked my shipping info and it’s only one package. Cool to save on tax and box fees and still get undamaged boxes if so!
Had I known that then I would’ve purchased both of mine from Hori to save $20 & possibly ship sooner than May 1st. When I inquired with Hori, they told me they’ll be shipping with just the retail box. Then again, I didn’t mention I was buying two so my fault I guess…
