One of the main things they got him on was a pattern of behavior. Apparently NY has a new law where if they can establish a pattern of behavior for stuff like this, itās an extra charge.
EDIT: Disregard the above, he actually was AQUITTED on the Predatory Sexual Assault, charge, but it would have carried a life sentence had he been convicted. He got 20 years for something and 3 years for rape.

Heās not just relatively ugly. When the news broke about him doing that shit to all these actresses, I didnāt doubt it for a second. And Iām all about due process. But that dude looks like he doesnāt have any options beside rape or dangling a girlās career on a string.
And dude wonāt last more than 3 years in prison. Iām talking health-wise. Nobodyās raping him, because I doubt anyoneās looking at him like a snack.

Harvey and his brother were music booking agents in Buffalo NY near where I grew up back in the 70s before they went to Hollywood. The story goes that he uses to pull this same type of stuff even back in those days and that he ways had beautiful women with him wherever he went.
Heās clearly an unattractive guy and itās clear that he was motivated by sex and proving he could still attract women even looking like he did.
